Great location - in the middle of two main train stations. Everything we wanted to do/see was accessible via these and in a short distance. Staff were lovely, room was really nice and clean inside too.

The bed is comfortable, location opp CU and food around.
Room is quiet and the best is the free laundry and business centre when tea, coffee and water is provided 24/7!
Hotel staff is helpful.
The shower area when the toilet bowl is will flood at times.

Location is the main reason I stay there. Walking distance to Line 1,2,3,5
Well, the door of the shower area is not tight enough to block water from splashing out. Hence, we need to be very careful when showering to make sure no water is splashing out of the area and make the basin area wet.

Every noise from within the hotel (other rooms, people in hallway, elevator) seemed to be amplified. I don’t think they used any type of noise suppression when building the hotel.Check in was friendly. Conveniently located

Comfy and large (for Seoul) rooms.everyday was clean towels and water, we had access to coffee machine and water 24h, and even did the laundry.
Love the location and the view from rooftop!

I liked the price of the property, it was very reasonable, the property itself is good in size and all facilities are in good condition.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are a couple of things that could be improved. The shower curtain had an unpleasant smell after getting wet — it might be worth replacing or washing it more frequently. Also, the ventilation fan in the room was quite noisy, which slightly affected the comfort.

We traveled in June. The hotel is very clean. The bed sheets and the room itself was tidy. The aircondition (even the dry mode) turns off automatically, when you leave the room, so when you come back, the room might be a little hot and humid.
Also the hotel has a beautiful view from the roof, and also you can relax in a reading lounge area. We didn't use hotel's laundry room, but since it's free of charge, I guess it is super cool and useful for others.
I'd prefer that the hotel has at least some rooms with a big size of bath tube. We had only shower room, but the bathroom was very clean too.

I was surprised by how nice this hotel was- the room was clean and spacious, there was a cute lounge area on the roof, and it’s not too far of a walk from Myeongdong or Jongno areas. The staff was friendly and the service was great. Thanks for a great stay!
They have free laundry BUT only one washing machine and one dryer, so cross your fingers that no one else wants to do it- or go to a local laundromat.

The room was ok, only ok.
The(hotel) is in the center of the block surrounded by other buildings so taxi and Uber drivers can’t find it, the area is a dump, the lobby is the tiniest and ugliest I’ve been in for years, very unfriendly surly person at check-in, if you open your window it’s a dump outside, the room itself isn’t that bad but definitely not as nice you see in the booking pics, trust me the photographer earned his pay on this one. I’ll never be back to this place.

It is located within walking distance of 4 Subway stations making transportation easy, There are also many places to eat outside, and a 24 hr convinence store just outside.
There was no available sugar and creamer in the pantry.
