Wonderful
I love the hotel because you can walk to it from Seoul Station. When I take the train from Busan, it's easy to just walk to the hotel and not have to hassle with a taxi. I also like that it is near an outdoor market I can walk to and a 7-Eleven is half a block away also. I like the restaurant downstairs for a pizza and beer. The breakfasts are very nice also.
There needs to be better lighting at the mirror infant of the desk so I can put on make up. I don't like the little control panel by the bed that just has numbers for the lights, you don't know what button controls what light.

Staff was nice.
Very dirty. The bathroom was full of bats- dead and alive. It hadn’t been cleaned. Other people’s hair on the floor, but worse was the mold all over the bathroom and the moldy smell.

Really convenient location. Easy to get to once you figure it out.
Really bad beds. For the price we paid the beds need to be much better. We had 2 beds. A queen and a twin. The queen was so sagging on the middle.

Location was our main priority. It is very close to Seoul Station. Look for Exit 4, there is an elevator for those with luggage. It is a short walk from the exit to the hotel. Room's functional and good for a short stay. The beer hall at the ground level serves good fried chicken. Hotel is a short walk to Namdaemun. There are lots of shops and eateries nearby.

Comfy beds. The location to Seoul Station was key for this stay.
It is VERY difficult to get there from the Seoul station! There’s an overpass that leads right to the hotel, but it took us 45 minutes to find it.

This hotel was superb all around. The biggest feature that stood out was the sky bridge connecting the hotel to Seoul Station. If I were to stay in Seoul again, this hotel would definitely come into strong consideration.

Great location - the main selling point. walking distance from Seoul railway station (AREX to Incheon airport + subway). Room was ok. nothing special, nothing noticeably bad.
Reception did not accepted foreign credit cards. I had to go to the nearest atm and bring cash. Overpriced

the hotel was within walking distance to the railway. it can be accessed by the overhead bridge which is to the left of the station (by the Lift) there is a cafe available (same floor as reception) and a beer restaurant down stairs
clearer instruction of how to get there .. the initial instructions for those new to Seoul were unclear and we had to ask someone for assistance.

The hotel is 1 station away from Myeongdong. It is walking distance to Namdaemun Market. The location is great, they clean the room and change the towels daily. They offer good and newly cook breakfast. And the staff are very cordial and approachable.
