I like everything this hostel offers; room/toilet is kept clean, great facilities, very good soundproofing, it was quiet and peaceful despite its location being among a number of bars and restaurants. As a solo traveler, I like that you are being left alone to yourself and guests are respectful of each other's space. Most importantly, they do not fall short in reminding guests to be considerate and their email response time is impeccable!
I could not think of any, to be honest.

Clean and got all the amenities needed especially there is washing machine available!
Not a big deal for me- room is abit squeezy and located at the busy area (drinkers at night) but this shows how seoul at night looks like

It was a really easy place to stay. Great location, clean and tidy, bathrooms inside the rooms were very convenient. Everything was super easy.
There were never any staff people there, which was fine, but indeed it is nice to ask people questions and to connect with others.

The facility was modern and clean. It was quiet for the most part and walking distance of main bus and subway lines. I felt safe and really enjoyed this hostel.
Walls are quite thin so you can hear loud noises from other rooms (coughing, phone, loud talking). For the most part, it wasn’t an issue and it was pretty quiet. Some other guests in my room didn’t like how hard the beds were, but I used to live in Korea and was used to it. Lastly, I asked for an extra blanket but was told by the staff via Booking.com I wouldn’t need it and the bed blanket would be sufficient; it wasn’t and I was cold some nights and had to layer up. I think for others it was fine, but I tend to get cold easily from the air conditioning.

Stayed in a 4-bed room this time. The room is very clean. Towels, dental pack and a bottle of water are offered. Staff were helpful and response quickly to Kakao talk message when I was assigned to a room which was already fully occupied.
The bed lamp is not working for my bed.

i loved how chill and nice this place was! if you’re young (or older, i guess it doesn’t really matter :)) and don’t spend much time at your accommodation, Hostel Haru is perfect! It is in a great location, was very cleanly and well kept, the building was easy to find and connected to a convenience store. It was a great experience and as a traveler that spends most of her day out, the small size of the accommodation didn’t disturb me at all :p The cleaners were excellent and thorough with all their room cleaning as well as Hostel Haru being great hosts and offering amenities like laundry, water, charger rentals, and top of the line microwaves and kettles.
That being said, if you do like to spend time in your room relaxing and enjoying your accommodation, you might want to rethink staying here. The beds are clean and comfy, but still very small. As it is a hostel, there is also often shared living spaces which can be hard to manage at times.

I had an outstanding stay at Hostel Haru. I was in South Korea for a month, spending my final week in Seoul. Hostel Haru's location was absolutely perfect. I love walking whenever possible, taking my time to explore a city on foot. Depending on my destination, there was a train station in either direction (the most I walked to get to one was 10-15 minutes, Myeongdong Station).
Cheonggyecheon Stream is 2 minutes away, if that. It only took 15 minutes to walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace. I was very grateful to be that close since it was raining the day that I booked a tour of the palace. The changing of the guards ceremony had been canceled that morning due to the inclement weather. Very convenient to return on a sunny day to watch (there is a ceremony in the morning and another in the afternoon).
The room itself was very clean, and quiet. Very cute and large lounge space available on both the 10th and 11th floors. Such a relief to be able to leave my luggage behind the check-in counter (10th floor), on both the day that I arrived and the day that I checked out. Had no issues at all.
Communicating with Hostel Haru was great -- sent messages via the Booking.com app and found them very responsive. I did inquire about laundry although I ended up not doing any since I was running around the city all day, returning in the late evening. There is a laundry room which you can use for a fee (submit an inquiry and they'll provide you the access code to the laundry room). They will also provide you info on a nearby coin-operated laundromat if you prefer to use that instead.
Thank you, Hostel Haru! Will definitely stay again should I be lucky enough to visit Seoul again some day!

I loved my stay here, the location was amazing so near to bus stops, the subway and convenience stores. Met some lovely people here, the staff were amazing and helpful, the rooms were cleaned everyday aswell. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Seoul, it is the perfect place!! the view at night was also incredible.

Super clean, amazing location and the lounge was a dream. Also the bottle of water and the new towels everyday provided some extra nice comfort.
Other guests were very loud late at night and you could hear it through the walls. You could not complain because the reception is often empty.

The location is exceptional, just 2-3 mins walking from the subway station and the surrounding area is amazing with the peaceful stream in the font and lots of cafe and restaurants around.
From 11F to 12F there was a small stairs, which is not a problem if you have few luggages, but in case of very heavy luggages, that can be a bit of a difficulty.
