The facilities were good for the price. Easily accessible. Min was also very easy to communicate with, he replies immediately to our concerns. Breakfast is 1000/10!!! We loved the breakfast. ?
My friend got bitten by some insects on the bed on the first day. The TV in our room didn't work, although it didn't really bother us since we were out most of the time.

Location is ideal in Hongdae and near metro yet on a quiet street. Small guesthouse/hostel like set up and for budget accommodation it is great! Other guests quiet and respectful. Breakfast was a nice added bonus.
Can’t complain given that it is a budget place. Not much room for clothes/suitcase but we did not mind.

The location was excellent—close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of food options. The host was very responsive, promptly answering questions, providing detailed directions from the station, and even kindly allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. Breakfast was included, and while simple, it was sufficient to start the day.
The room felt quite cramped, with limited space for luggage. The beds were uncomfortable, and only a thin bed cover was provided instead of a proper quilt, which made the stay less comfortable.

Booked for my college aged kids - they said they loved how nice the staff was and the breakfast was very yummy and balanced. They were allowed to drop off luggage super early in the morning and communication was easy. The location was great.
The bathroom was small but that was expected and the hosts did their best to make it as comfortable as possible.

Really great location, near restaurants, metro and shops and everything you need. Really nice hosts, quick to respond. Great that you can get water anything and there is a washing machine and drying rack. You can take towels and toilet paper when needed.
The matters was really hard and the breakfast is fine but very basic.

Great breakfast and central location - only stayed for a night but it was perfect for me. You can walk to the main shopping street in just a few minutes. The hostel itself is very cute and staff are friendly and communicative over whatsapp or other messaging apps!

Hongdae Guesthouse was a wonderful introduction to SK for myself and my partner. Very friendly hosts, wonderful breakfasts in the morning! The communal spaces were clean with all the utilities you might need when visiting a different country (phone chargers, tea, coffee). The building itself felt very secure and private.
We spent a lot of time getting to the other side of Hongdae where more nightlife and "tourist" spaces were. We also found our room a little cramped at times, with only just enough space for 2 people, and 2 suitcases to fit comfortably, if you like to have veg out time in your room between trips out this might not be the space for you.
