The staffs, front desk, room helpers and security, are all very attentive to our needs, except some occasions where i think its mainly related difficulty interacting due to language barrier.
The restaurant was not available/closed for the first 3 days we were there. We learned then that it was due to ? holidays. On the last 2, we had good experience

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we had an issue with the heater and they helped us immediately. We also had a couple of personal requests, and they were extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were immaculate. The room service was quick and efficient. Great stay!
It would have been great if there were plug points at the bedside tables. It was a little awkward to be in bed, but having my phone on charge across the room.

Booked premium room for the washing machine (detergent provided & replenished). Pics on site are accurate - space was huge, clean & functional (heated floors were wonderful). Well-equipped gym. Front desk staff was excellent (we had separately booked 1 night in a different room type and they were proactive with organizing our luggage & room switch). Location is just outside the central Myeongdong area (which is exactly what we wanted) easy walk to Namdaemun Market. Afternoon shuttle to Seoul Station was useful (we used it to go to the Lotte Mart Zettaplex). Highly recommend!

This location was the best choice it’s walking distance to everything you’d want to visit.
The staff were super nice and let us check in an hour earlier bc our room was ready.
The sauna was fabulous! Please learn proper rules before using.

Great hotel, in the center of Seoul. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is VERY helpful and responsive.
There may be some noise (traffic), but it's a trade-off: either you want to stay in the city center and put up with the noise, or you want complete silence and have to move away from the center. The staff was very helpful.

Great location, within easy walking distance of many major sights and markets and lots of bus/metro options. Staff was very helpful and rooms were comfortable.
Purchasing breakfast is expensive and not many nearby options open early. Consider booking a room that includes breakfast if you know you'll want to eat before 8am!
