Location and view, very comfortable room
Lobby floor by elevators.was.dirty. Restaurant staff was rude about asking to leave when breakfast hours were concluded. They actually made us stop eating and leave.

Quick smooth fast check-in (on the 19 th floor). Nice new clean room. Great staff. Great heat, it was very cold in January. Refrigerator. High floor 24 th floor with two twin beds. Easy stable WifI. Nice new Modern clean room. Elevator to room floor and lobby.
From the main Train Station it;s a good 15 minute walk underground passage (take a taxi), it's not an easy walk with luggage. However the hotel did provide me with excellent walking directions.

Extremely pricey for what you get. The staff at the desk are indifferent. If they don't understand, and their default answer is no. When you probe or escalate the answer is quite different!!!

The location is excellent. We can reach the hotel via an underground walkway, which stays warm, which is an important advantage in cold and windy weather. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and easy to access. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the hotel. When carrying suitcases, the walk can feel a bit long, but otherwise the stay is comfortable and fine overall.

Location is good with underground access to Seoul station.
The room was not clean, with obvious stains on the cabinet closest to the bed. There is no place to put more than 1 bag other than on the floor. There is a power point on one bedside table, the other side is empty and have no bedside table. So phone needs to be on the table which is across the room if the power point on the bedside table has been utilised for something else such as a CPAP machine. Windows were dirty. The breakfast spread had different steamed dumplings that were dumped on top of each other and were stuck together. For a 4 star and the price paid, I would expect more than the above.

Easy accessible to buses downstairs. Good view. Quality breakfast. Clean room. Good sized closet & drawers for unpacking.
Clear sounds of trains (our room faced the tracks of Seoul Station) can be heard day & night even from the 24th floor.

Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff.
Not enough room to store baggage, so we put them at the door. Minor gripe- no teaspoons for coffee and tea: I called for and went downstairs but I forgot to ask for teaspoons and got regular tablespoons. Not a problem with me, but my better half let me know of the faux pas. We survived ㅋㅋㅋ
