We love the location. its quiet but near the night market. accessible to bus and train. Also we arrived in our room, its very clean. Our room is spacious also. We love there's a netflix and youtube. Our kid loves our room.

The most convenient location, after hours code for entry which was easy, lift for luggage, free breakfast was excellent
The rooms are the size of a shoebox and you have to request if you want your room cleaned by 10 am yet nobody is ever sitting at the desk so we found we couldn’t ever get fresh towels or empty our garbages. The room was so small and the bathroom was a shower over the sink sort of deal so in order to not be sleeping in a humid wet mess we would use our towels to wipe up the water and then be stuck with no towels the next day. There was a window that faced directly into a concrete wall which didn’t let any airflow. There was AC which was good but overall not comfortable at all for two people.

Location: if you are tourists, the location cannot be better. It is about 2 min away from the bustle of the tourists. You can walk about 2 blocks away and still find lively night scene of Seoul.
Room: double paned windows insulate noises from outside.
Bathroom: I am 5' 7 and weighs 115lb. I could not comfortably sit on a toilet because my knees touched the walls. I had to find right angles to take a shower because there was so little room between the sink and toilet.
Trash bins: there were no trash bins in the common area. They don't offer daily cleaning so the trash had to sit in the room.
Elevator: the elevator did not work a few times.
staff: some of staff were dismissive and disengaged.

I loved the location of the hotel and how there was so many things nearby and how close the subway was! The staff is super nice and they lay out all the hotel polices that are easy to understand.

Convenient location and very clean. Easy to get in and out of the hotel . I've stayed here before and will stay here again. It's a great location, steps away from several transit stops and right next to Myeongdong main Street without being in the middle of the chaos.
The breakfast isn't much if you're helping for something substantial but great for people are on a budget. I usually just had something small to kick start the day before venturing out for a breakfast

This location is the best and the breakfast was ok,though the same all day. It's otherwise difficult to get a continental food in and around this location.So the option of getting breakfast here was lovely. 24 hrs of warm water dispenser was good too in this cold climate.
The rooms I felt was a bit congested, as we couldn't move around once 2 beds were placed.So it was difficult and even the washroom was so small that it was difficult to take a shower.
