After we came from our activities everything was clean and that made us comfortable.
So like we accidentally broke our toothbrush and it didnt have any other toothbrush just in case, so we had to go out and buy new one. Plus we didn't like the way breakfast table is round and we had to sit there and eat. It was so uncomfortable and hard eat.

The location is amazing and access to the mall from the hotel made it more comfortable place - the metro is close and the staff are so nice helpful and cheering .
The breakfast is amazing . The Staff are the best
The restaurant menu is very limited and think they need to have more choices as more nationalities are visiting this place .

This location has become my favorite spot to stay in while visiting Seoul. Clean, central, convenient, and affordable. The staff is super friendly and always accommodating! And let me tell you that breakfast is first class.

The hotel is very mordern, clean and fresh. The staff was very good and easy to communicate with. The location and the fact that it is part of Times Square mall is very good. I will definitely stay here amd recommend it to others.

Mrs. Kim was the best. Her responsibilities were tremendous. I ordered an extra room mistakenly, and her recommendation was helpful to solve problems. Really appreciated her service.
Shines Shinesage location was interesting surrounded shopping hall, no noises, great staffs and services. Thank you.

There is no heating control during the winter. The only way to reduce temperature to sane was opening the window. No complimentary water. Crazy priced buffet for just average food.
