We arrived after an 18 hour flight and the let us do a really early check in. It was super easy and all the staff very nice.

It is near a lot of restaurants , the big shopping myeoungdong district , about 10 mins walk from the hotel and close to department stores like Shinsaege (5mins on foot) lotte department store( maybe 15 mins on foot) and Seoul station(5 mins by taxi) as well as across the road from namdaemun market. Also there is the N. Tower looking down at you.
I wish they had toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms. Miss those days, but it is what it is .

Breakfast buffet is a thing one must try here! Great variety, quality and taste, and it keeps you worry-free about finding local decent breakfast spots. Also Ethernet connection in the room was appreciated, as well as drinking water dispenser with unlimited water.
Dinner buffet is a bit on a pricey side. Also the dimmed light would be better. Station shuttle schedule is not that convenient.
