I had an excellent stay at Capace Hotel Gangnam and would highly recommend it, especially for business travelers. From the moment I arrived, the staff truly stood out — professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.
The location is incredibly convenient for business purposes. The hotel is situated in a primarily office-focused area of Gangnam, which makes it ideal if you’re attending meetings, working nearby, or visiting corporate offices. Everything you need is within easy walking distance — multiple convenience stores, great coffee shops, and quick dining options are right around the corner, perfect for busy mornings or late evenings.
Despite being in a business district, the hotel felt calm, clean, and well-organized. The room was comfortable and practical, offering a great environment to rest and recharge. Overall, Capace Hotel Gangnam delivers an outstanding balance of comfort, service, and location. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

Disappointing
The toilet was a very small room and lack of air. The room was so tiny that I had problem to get up. No night table or night lamps. No table or chairs. The shower was only space bathing you had to go out to dry yourself. Who ever designed that area didn’t know what he was doing. No coffee maker.
Location was far from the touristic areas.

Room had good space, good bed, good air conditioning, clean facility. Looks like they coordinated room cleaning by not disturbing when you were in. Very frendly staff.
Soap, toothbrush, and some disposables were not available due to sustainability excuses. Didnt make sense to me. Breakfast is not available for those who value it.

Customer service was great. Great hospitality and professionalism. Hotel lobby, rooms, and overall area were kept clean. Each room has their own internet to ensure little drops in speed. The hotel is in close proximity to the subway station and is not far from the main road. There are plenty of things within walking distance like GS25, Starbucks, and restaurants as well.
May not be customary in Korea, but a microwave would be nice in the rooms. This inconvenience is combatted by the staff being able to help you or just dine at the attached restaurant.

I was visiting Seoul for nearly a week. I enjoyed my spacious room, the large desk which was easy to use for work, and the great location that was close to the Metro line.
Just two minor things--I wish the hotel had a gym, and that the restaurant had been open.

The soap and shampoo were either low quality or watered down, but that's easily fixed by bringing our own toiletries
