Very beautiful, comfortable room. They provided an in-room iron and ironing board, readily available for use. Extremely clean too. Two Underground stations being within 5-10 minutes walk was great. Free coffee at the lobby near the elevators was very convenient when leaving hotel. Doormen always greeted and friendly. The toilet never had a smell during our 7 night stay. They would makeover the room when needed but always respected it when I turned on the Do Not Disturb sign. The room had its own a water dispenser which was way better than complimentary bottled water (never enough for dehydrated travelers). There are also water and ice dispensers on the walls on our hotel room floor.
On the booking.com website, it was a bit confusing as to what amenities would be available as it was a bit all over the place on the website. I was also worried about if the stated laundry room had a dryer and detergent or not (It does, KRW1000 for detergent and KRW5000 for laundry or dryer use). The staff was very good and fluent at providing all the answers we needed though :) Also, it would have been greater if the hotel had a pool. It still was an overall great stay :)

Loved locations at entrance to Senso-ji in Asakusa. Such a great neighborhood even above and beyond the amazing shopping streets and restaurants and lots of interesting places within a healthy walk. Super easy access to metro and an airport train.
Modern building with great elevators and also super handy washer and dryer (for small fee). Ice machine. Rooms are as small as to be expected —futon, nespresso machine in room. Efficient cleaning. Nice shower with amazing water pressure.
The front desk service was uneven—maybe they were training new staff as there were numerous and different people every day who weren’t entirely sure about things.

Aloft Seoul Myeongdong was amazing!!! The location is excellent. We were right around the corner from lots of food and shops. The view from our room was amazing on the 17th floor.

We had a fantastic stay at Aloft Seoul Myeongdong. We loved the proximity to public transport and major malls, which was perfect for our last-minute shopping. The rooms were spacious and kept spotless with daily cleaning.
What stood out most was the attentive service. The staff greeted us every time we entered, opened doors for us, and were always ready to answer our questions. Truly great value for money!

Excellent location, close to most famous attractions, markets, subway stations and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and varied for all tastes. I recommend 100%.
