I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and kind. My room was clean and I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. The property itself is very clean, elegant and smells great.

Central location
We booked a room with our three year old daughter. We were put in a twin room that had two twin beds that had absolutely no room for our daughter to sleep. We ended up having to pull the two twins from the wall and push them together which let us see what’s under the bed. This included a fake acrylic finger nail and an open safety pin. Even after doing that so we could fit the beds and especially pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The hostel we stayed in the night before was far more comfortable and far cleaner. It was a disappointing way to end our trip.

The location is fantastic (walkable to multiple areas of interest, numerous restaurants, multiple metro stations and an airport bus stop) and the staff was very helpful and friendly (helpful with a package I had delivered and with airport bus information)
Extra amenities are pretty limited (not a great fit for someone who needs work space, a gym, a full breakfast etc.) but totally adequate for someone who is fine waking up, finding a cafe and heading out for the day

I really enjoyed my stay at Mid-City Myeongdong Hotel. The location is great it’s just a short walk from the main tourist area, so you’re close to everything but not right in the middle of the crowds. I loved that there are lots of local restaurants nearby with delicious food at very good prices, plus plenty of coffee shops around. The staff were super nice and welcoming, and the cleaning was done really well every day. Overall, I think this is a very good hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

Clean, comfortable rooms, nice amenities, and super friendly, courteous staff.
Breakfast needed a reservation the night before- though they did accept payment the morning of. Just add the $US9 for breakfast and make it complementary or opt-out.

We booked 4 rooms (family with young children) and they all were spacious enough but our room 615, the lights were too dim or lack of brightness especially evening/night, all the rooms were clean and we are glad to come back to a clean and spacious room after a long day of walking. Really like the soap/shampoo/conditioners.
No toothbrushes provided. The pillows were too soft. The hotel is 20 mins walk to Myeondong street food and where we shopped. You walk 5 mins to the subway station then go underground, walk up the exit and walk another 15 mins to reach. Maybe if there's a shuttle bus, that would be convenient.

Great location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, market and train station. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. Would recommend staying here specially if it’s a short stay.
Our room had a column in the middle of the room making it inconvenient to walk around and have more space. But, nothing crazy.

Hotel is 6-7 mins away from MD. It is a very good area, surrounded with a lot of restos and convenience stores. Service was also good.
Some points to note though would be, if you have numerous luggages, the walk from the airport bus station could be difficult. Also the sink in my room would leak water when you wash your hands and there is a huge building post in the middle room.

Great Location walking distance to Myeongdong shopping area and also walking distance to major tourist attractions such as Gyeongbokgung Palace. There are also two train stations nearby you could take the blue line train to Suwon for one day trip and the green line to COEX mall. It is really convenience for a group of our nine friends using public transportation in Seoul. There are also convenience stores a few steps from the hotel and also many restaurants around the area. The hotel's staff is also very friendly and helpful. I and my friends are very happy to stay at this hotel.
