Comfortable and big beds, close to bus stops and nearby sights, our room had a balcony which was nice!
7/11 inside the hotel.
The room was a bit smelly, we had to open the door for a while for it to fade (combination of chlorine/sewage smell) and it was slightly run down but for the price it was fine!

Great location, bus stops are very close. People planning to explore JEJU by bus can just go for it. Specious room. Close to one of the major attraction Seongsan Ilchulbong.
Towels and napkins were smelling bad.

Coffee at breakfast was awful, tinned fruit and processed fish and pork cutlets,but scrambled eggs were nice.

During my recent stay, I encountered an unfortunate incident with one of the hotel employees that left me feeling uncomfortable. While I understand that discounts are not always possible, it was the manner in which this was communicated that made the experience unpleasant.
The employee's response seemed indifferent and lacked the expected level of courtesy and respect. As a guest, it's important to feel valued and heard, regardless of the outcome of the request. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left a negative impression on an otherwise okay hotel experience.
I believe that clear and empathetic communication is vital in the hospitality industry, as it can significantly impact a guest's overall perception of the establishment. It is my hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their staff's customer service training.
I must reiterate that the hotel itself was satisfactory, but this particular incident has affected my perception of the overall experience. I hope that future guests have more positive interactions with the hotel staff.
