There are good food choice nearby, near to Seongsan park, phoenix island.
Like most hotels in Jeju, only provide hand towels, not full size towel, dont make room but will provide 'towels' n bottle drinks everyday.
Standard bed n pillow (too flat for us).
Include bf - like the beansprout soup n fried rice.
Friendly staff and value for money :D
Sad we can't make it to Udo island due to weather.

The location is very strategic, near to many jeju’s attractions. The. Hotel’s environment is very relaxing.

Hotel was run down and room was very cramped and small with the two beds. Toilet ventilation fan was very loud.

The beds are ok. The view is nice. The location is nice. AC was nice cold. But that's it, everything else is bad.
1. There's no room service. You have to pick everything you want yourself from reception.
2. The cashier at 7/11 is so rude and ignores people.
3. The floor is wet from the pool and has not been cleaned for a long time (i slipped, and it hurts)
4. The corridors stink and smell cigarettes.
5. Rooms aren't throughly cleaned. We found dirt and discarded items under our bed.
6. They don't provide body towels at all. only face towels for showering. even when we ask. Not even robes are provided.
7. They put a kettle and mugs only with no tea or coffee.
8. The laundry room is the worst. Only two washers and two dryers and two baskets. People keep touching others' clothes, and things get lost. There are only two baskets when many people are leaving their clothes and not picking them up. It's a mess. The room stinks from the laundry room bathroom sewage (has a broken door and is treated as storage)
9. The elevator was not cleaned and wiped, probably since forever.
10. They don't have an iron to provide even though i asked before i came, and they said we would provide you one.

The room is big and has a nice view of the Seongsan Ilchulbong.
The towels that they supplied to dry your hair and body is very small - we were told by the reception that that’s what Koreans use to dry themselves. It’s actually the size of a hand towel. The bath towel that they have is reserved for the swimming pool. We’ve been to different hotels in South Korea and they supply a proper bath towel, unfortunately, this hotel doesn’t.
