Wonderful
The hotel stands out for its excellent facilities, offering a well-equipped and enjoyable environment for guests. The location is good and convenient for those with a car, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff are helpful and responsive, contributing positively to the overall stay. Nearest restaurants are quite far, so, having a car is important.
Some of the hotel policies feel unnecessarily strict and not fully aligned with a customer-oriented approach. Charging extra for basic items like a blanket or even a towel—especially for a child—comes across as excessive and detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience. A more flexible and guest-friendly policy would significantly improve the overall impression.

Absolutely lovely hotel! Very modern, clean, and westernized. They had a delicious breakfast buffet that served both popular Jeju-Korean dishes and Western food. The room was spacious, not like the small rooms in Seoul, incredibly clean with a functional bathroom. There were plenty of amenities, and the AC was nice and strong. We had a wonderful stay here and wish we could stay longer! For the price and experience, I would 100% recommend this place to others and stay here again. Parking was easy and it was in a good location for people traveling along the coast.

Location was ok as we drove, not far from seogwipo city and about 1 hour drive to most places we wanted to go to on Jeju. Lots of parking available.
Staff’s proficiency in English was poor, and they were very uncomfortable to interact with non-Korean speaking guests.
We did not have particularly good rest during our stay - on the first night, there were dogs barking through the night. Recommend to pack ear plugs. On the second night, the power and water went out not once, but twice. There was no communication from the hotel about what was happening and how long it would take for the power to come back on. It was not a good experience as we had an early start the next day but was not able to rest. We tried to ask about what happened the next day, but the staff could not understand key words like “no power”/ “no electricity”/ “no water”.
Hotel charges for essentials chargeable such as toothbrush, shavers etc. recommend to pack your own. Hairdryer was not working and had to ask for a new one. Headboard of the bed was quite dirty. There will be no changing of bed linen etc except if you are staying four days in a row. Toilet basin drains very very slowly.

The location is good. The Hollywood rooms have a great view of the sunrise as well as space. There was a bamboo space that was lovely.
Our room had so many issues: there was a cockroach when we came in; the cooling was not functioning properly. The staff tried to help, but did not seem well trained. Would have loved to get a comped breakfast but that was not offered to me. Changing rooms was not offered until after I already settled in.
There were some corners cut that were noticeable. Would have been a lovely hotel had we not had the issues we had.

The hotel is located in a quiet location with great views of Hallasan and the city. It is fairly close to a bus stop as well as the Seogwipo Provincial Marine Park and Cheonjiyeon Waterfall.
The room was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were modern. The room had a warm and cosy vibe so it was very relaxing. The bathroom was also spotless and fairly modern. It also included a bath with is quite rare in Korea.
Staff were friendly and helpful and also spoke English very well.
The buffet breakfast is a little expensive and even though I arrived just after 9am, most of the food wasn't refilled so there wasn't a lot to choose from.

- quiet room and corridor with a small balcony, which wasn't used a lot in 30 degrees Celsius
- not sure why others whinged about the location, you could walk into town easily and felt safe
- ample free car parking

Nice view from room, roof top garden, quiet environment, fresh air. Plenty of parking space. Very near to Oedolgae rock and waterfall.
There's no aircon along the level corridor. Not much food options around hotel. Need to drive approx 5-6 mins to get food in Seowigpo downtown. If you don't drive, don't chose this hotel. Poor sound proofing, can hear sounds in middle of night so didn't sleep well. No changing of bed linens unless you are staying for 4 days n above.
