The hotel is gorgeous. Everything is clean, well designed, nicely decorated, and spacious. The staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of shops you can go to without leaving the resort. I profoundly enjoyed my whole stay there.
Besides the amenities available within the resort, there is nothing much nearby. If you are looking for something special that cannot be found there, such as vegetarian food, you will need to take a cab to get somewhere else.

Clean and quiet room.
1. The English proficiency of the staff in the hotel restaurant impacted communication sometimes, which led to lack of flexibility. My friend needed to leave for the airport to catch an early plane so I asked the restaurant manager if we could be allowed five minutes earlier to join the breakfast buffet because we only needed to grab a quick bite of whatever they have put out already. The manager said no because they were not ready. I explained that most of the food was already out and we only needed to get these but our request was refused. I am not sure if the manager completely understood our situation judging from her spoken English. 2. The restaurants in the hotel B1 shopping mall are a bit expensive and lack variety.

Breakfast was good.
House keeping. Everyday, there were some items not replenished such as wash clothes, toilet paper, coffee/tea bags, hair shampoo and rinse were empty. Found the plastic cap for insuline needle underneath of comforter. This was the worst Marriott Hotel that we stayed.
