Perfect location, walking distance from Unseo Metro station, two stops away from ICN airport. Several restaurant options very close by. Overall, good value for price. Starbucks next door for breakfast option.

Excellent location, walking distance from the subway, even with large suitcases. The front desk staff was super helpful and even upgraded my room due to availability.
The towels didn’t smell very fresh

Excellent location across from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk. Clean rooms. The airport shuttle was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location across the street from Unseo subway station (2 stops from the airport), clean room, front desk staff spoke good English. Good price.
Shuttle from the airport to hotel was not available (we were warned ahead of time by e-mail).
Shuttle from the hotel to the airport did not run, as no driver was available. Not the end of the world since one can easily take subway across the street, but free shuttle was expected nevertheless.
No safe in room.

I called the shuttle and got a quick response, easy directions and they showed up within 15 mins. The staff made it easy to check in quickly, which was great because it was late. Finally, there were a number of shops open up close by so I could get a little food after a long trip.

Location was very close to train station from the airport. People were lovely there

The location was perfect for what we needed it for. Getting to and from the airport is super quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even let me check in a few hours early. The TV and Wi-Fi are good, and the rooms are super warm. The bed, and even the floor are heated. Considering that it is well below freezing outside, that was huge. I highly recommend Incheon Airport Hotel Zeumes.
The bathroom sink had a leak. There's a drain in the bedroom floor anyway, so it wasn't a huge problem. Probably an easy fix. It'll probably be fixed soon.
