Excellent lodging for an overnight in Incheon between connections. Easy to get to from the train. Accommodating host when we were a few minutes past check-in time. Very clean, comfortable and homey.

Clean, easy to get to from train.
It was noisy. I could hear people quietly talking with the door closed. There are lots of rules, for instance not using coffee machine early in the morning because it is loud, but people don't follow rules. The checkout is an hour earlier than most places and check in is an hour later. No luggage storage after stay.

Clean, floors were heated was nice in the winter, bed was comfy, blanket was warm. Was a quiet area but still just a few minutes walk from plenty of restaurants. Owner was very friendly, stayed up past check in even with our delayed flight, we don’t speak any Korean but we were able to communicate everything easily!
The shower head was small, mainly just personal preference though.

Wifi is great. Great location. The room was mostly clean and convenient.
I found the multiple and overly large "rules" postings patronizing and unwelcoming.
The large posting stating that the door will not be answered until after 3:00 PM lacked any flexibility for a simple inquiry. For example, if one arrives at 245 and wants to know where they might find a restroom one must find it on their own.
I was particularly frustrated when the hostess read the rules multiple times to us us extremely rude. I can read quite well, thank you.
There are no USB connections or postings regarding how one may charge their phone or tablet.
There was a thick stain on my comforter which could have implied that it hadn't been previously washed.

Excellent place, near the airport. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Met us and settled us in. Also arranged to drop us at the airport the next morning because we dint fancy drawing our suitcases to the station that early.
However, the Guest House is a bout 6 to 7 minutes walk from Unseo station and the provided detailed directions.
Rooms are medium sized and attached to a living area with a wet equipped kitchen and dining area.

The room heat was uncomfortably warm for us, 24C, and we were unable to turn the heat down. The floor is heated, which is nice, but you can't regulate the temperature so your only option is to open a window, which isn't really an option because there is a lot of road noise. The mattresses are very firm. That said, the rooms and the public area were very clean and the price was very inexpensive. The location is a 10 minute walk from the train station.

An amazing place for 1-night, extremely cozy and comfortable. The owner was so lovely and waited for my arrival. I'd definitely stay again when I arrive back late in Seoul. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and quiet place to stay. The area has lovely cafes around it too. Thank you :)
