I personally think this deserve another star because the tub was huge, the shower had a steamer, the toilet had a bidet, and the service was superb. There are plenty of shops and things to do in the area and the concierge was very helpful.
The complimentary breakfast could have been better, but the lady who made the food was really hospitable.

My room had a huge bathtub and sauna shower. It was very relaxing.
The bed was extremely hard. I did have some trouble sleeping.

Only the breakfast area closed early.

Good place to stay for overnight stay with layover in Seoul. Convenient shuttle from Incheon airport. Very helpful staff. Good location.

The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful, spoke fluent English. The rooms were clean, spacious and attractive.
