Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean too. Very convenient location with Lotte mall just right across the road and a train station 2-3 mins walk away. There was a convenient shop at level 1 of the hotel too for quick purchases.
Room can be a little brighter.

The location was fabulous and close to several restaurants and stores, including an outlet mall.
Parking is limited...we literally too the last parking spot at the hotel and everyone else after us had to park on the street.
They did not meet my special request for extra pillows, which didn't make sense.

Room size and location of the hotel is great. Very close to shops, train staion, lotte mart, and Songdo Convensia.
Staff is also very helpful and the bar at the bottom has great selections of drinks.
I booked a double room thinking there will be two double beds. Instead, there were two single beds.
I requested for a transfer into either a larger bed, or to connect those single beds, but staff denied it!
No selection of tea, except for brown rice green tea...need more choices!!

Friendly staff: The front desk staff were always helpful and cooperative.
I used the sauna, and the woman who seemed to be the maintenance was very attentive to cleanliness.
I could see that there was a lot of attention to detail for the guests' comfort.
However, the hardware parts were a bit inferior to the software parts.
For example, the system for turning the lights on and off, the bathroom's structure, and the shower head were old.
However, there was no problem at all in using it.

spacious and cozy room, silent aircon, good firm mattress, excellent and opulent breakfast. Good location if you stay in Songdo. Just next to the park.
at this price category of hotel that one has TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE POOL (as well as for the gym) and that you are only allowed to go at certain timeslots is a bit ridiculous... Also that the pool is closed at lunch time. This makes it impossible to go for a quick swim in the morning. Very upsetting. Also the coffee machine in the breakfast area could be improved. Real coffee and espresso is way different.

The location was excellent for the purpose but also because of the nearby Songdo Park and place where you could eat and drink coffee.
Staff were willing to help but were probably limited in some areas.
The Illy corner inside the hotel was a great addition.
It was very clean!
The temperature in the room was up to my comfort and could not be changed. I informed the staff and they actually came to my room (from reception) but they were not able to change the situation, instead they offered an electric heater!
When I asked (through Booking.com chat) to do something, my request remained unanswered.
It is a pity for such a nice hotel that I could not regulate the room temperature to my comfort.
