Convenient, quiet, kind staff, bathtub, nice complimentary drinks. Powerful air filter and amazing bidet.
My room smelled like someone had smoked there despite my best efforts to air it out. The rooms felt a little tired but it was absolutely fine for my one night. Sauna and spa facilities are stated as not being available due to the pandemic, but when I arrived it looks like these facilities no longer exist so hopefully the listing will be updated.

Everything was great. The bed was super comfy.
It's not a complaint but the personal items (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) were on the floor. If there was a stackable table or hanger to remove from the floor. I wouldn't have made this comment.

It’s about a 10 minute walk from the subway to the hotel or you can take a taxi. Elevator is spacious and fast. Check in was quick and staff was very helpful. Bathroom was very spacious. Room wasn’t the biggest but that’s ok because we were mostly there to rest between a layover. Bathroom amenities included shampoo and body wash. Air conditioning worked well. Water pressure and temperature were good. There are many convenience stores within walking distance. There are restaurants and cafes around the area but they all open at 10.
There is some general wear and tear to the walls but it’s just cosmetic. The bathroom is the traditional Korean model so water goes everywhere so wearing the complimentary slippers is a must. If you need to use the sink after a shower you will have to be careful of the water on the floor. The toilet is behind a separate door. The shower model isn’t bad but we were in a rush when getting ready so just something to consider as you time your ability to get ready before departing. The pillow area was covered in short hairs so it was a bit concerning if the room had actually been cleaned before our stay.

I thought that there was a shuttle to the airport, but there was only one to a different terminal, and transferring via subway would make us late. They didn't have many shuttle service times.
