We recently stayed in a Twin Room at the Grand Hyatt Incheon and were impressed by the sheer amount of space. The room was large enough to comfortably repack our suitcases while still having plenty of room to move around. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.
A standout feature was the bathroom; the water pressure was amazing, easily the best we experienced during our entire trip across South Korea.
We did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the response from the staff was flawless. A facilities officer arrived within minutes of our report and resolved the problem almost instantly. I have never experienced such responsive service before. This level of care extended to the complimentary airport shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes. The wonderful staff personally loaded and unloaded our suitcases, making the transfer seamless and stress-free.
Location-wise, it is perfect for visitors to Paradise City, which is just across the road a very short walk away. Highly recommended for those needing space, reliable service, and easy airport access.
Honestly, we had no issues with the hotel itself. However, travelers should be aware of the immediate surroundings: the mall directly next door appears closed and abandoned. Additionally, Paradise City has very few shops if you are looking for duty-free shopping; the main duty-free center is over an hour away by public transport. Also, a quick tip for K-Beauty lovers: the Olive Young at Incheon Airport is located on the arrivals floor (public side), not in the departures area, so plan your shopping accordingly.

Can’t beat the convenience, we had an early flight and shuttle was easy. Room service was timely and mostly tasty. Completely quiet. Pool very nice, would prefer a coed hot tub but nbd.
Looking a little dated. Would have preferred room service breakfast to be the order-ahead kind with the door hangers but they don’t have that. It came in about half an hour after calling so not bad. Pool locker room small, no benches. Oatmeal was a dry heavy lump with not nearly enough milk. No cream or half and half.

The people are exceptional kind and helping. They really make you feel like your in a highend hotel. Also the shuttle bus is very comfortable and easy. The swimming pool is great.
The hotel room smelled like an old attic, it was extreme dusty making my wife and me constantly sneezing and wanting to sit in the bathroom. When we arrived the toiletseat was broken and had to be replaced, this took 40 min in where we were kinda forced to leave or sit with the noise. Finally things like body lotion are not provided free of charge what is kinda crazy considering the price you pay for a night.

It was quiet place.
My adult son accompanied us to this hotel. We requested 3 beds, but they provided the third bed as a folding bed and it was a short bed. My son's height was 180 and it was too short for him so his feed was dangling over the end of the bed.
