The Internet speed is fast and stable
1. The toilet in the restroom flushes automatically when not in use 2. Bath towels and hand towels are too old. It is recommended to replace them. 3. The water in the shower head is a bit small

Unfriendly staff, service is bad..No smile, greeting n expression looks unwelcome. Doesn't felt like staying in a hotel.. it was raining and the hotel doesn't provide umbrella.

The room was large and had been recently upgraded. It was close to many resturants.
The breakfast buffet was really expensive, and we chose not to eat at the hotel.

The temperature in the room was comfortable. Location close to subway and easy to find food close by.
Room a bit tight. Bathroom also small. Overall the place is a bit old.

The underfloor heating was comfortable. However we arrived very late evening so the room was cold until it had time to warm up. It was winter time though.
There was a cold draught coming through the window location, even when we closed curtains and shutters. The bathroom was very old fashioned, but we expected that from this hotel.
