The location is perfect. They were very patient with me because I am hearing impaired. Overall very nice place to stay
Breakfast was alright pretty much same thing everyday, would like to see more options such as waffles, pancakes, bacon, hash browns. more juice options like orange juice and apple juice

The breakfast was delicious. We loved the traditional Korean breakfast food. The staff was patient and polite. We also enjoyed the surround shops and park nearby.
The shower function may be a bit confusing for those that are not use to it. Also the bathroom was wet all the time but it was probably due to the design of the bathroom.

It is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a dog! The hotel provided food and water bowls, pee pads, a dog bed, and even bed stairs for the bed!!
The hotel is located between a park and the sea front, so there are nice walks within minutes.
I would happily stay there again.
The room was a little too warm and I couldn't find the temperature control.
The front desk would probably have fixed that for me, but I was so tired that I slept before contacting them! :)

The radiant floor heat was nice. The toilet seat was a self washer. The view of the Incheon harbour was fine.
The area is an old boardwalk type of place. It was winter and off season so I can't expect much but the area is run down and not much to see or do. Only 1 towel, TV didn't work. Water drainage in the bathroom has issues like pooling up and draining into the tiles instead of the drain.

breakfast was adequate - buffet style
the front desk service could have been more helpful. there were no instructions how to operate anything in the room which would have been very helpful especially when you dont understand the language. Also asked for more towels but did not get any from room service. tried booking airport shuttle service and we thought they had but found out next morning nothing had been booked. Nobody understood english and our translators would not work outside of our room. Was very frustrating!!!

Very clean room, they give you everything you need and even more (dental set, shaving set, face cream and wash and so on). Breakfast was exceptional! Overall very friendly staff, good location for our needs.
The mattress was extremely firm, almost like a stone. Also, I’m not sure if it was intentional, but it was wrapped in plastic, and we ended up sweating all night because it didn’t breathe.

They take dogs and that was why we chose Bliss. There is a huge park very close to the hotel, so that’s a plus. Also, there is a seaside recreation area just a block away. The staff tries hard to please.
It’s a fair distance from Incheon Airport, so watch your timing for your departure. Otherwise, if you’re traveling with a dog, I suggest you look at this hotel.

We chose this hotel for a one night stay prior to a cruise leaving from the nearby port. Location turned out to be quite fun--right next to a waterfront boardwalk/amusement park. Noise was not an issue for the room. Bus stop right outside takes you to Chinatown and Incheon train station. About 60-90 min to get to middle of Seoul by public transportation so worked well for being near the cruise port and airport, but might not be best for people focused on Seoul. Room was spacious for Asia with typical amenities. Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Not all the staff spoke English well, but it is Korea, so that is not unexpected. Google Translate was fine. Breakfast was good. .
Took us a while to figure out that the TV remote also controls the AC unit.

Breakfast was OK. Brown rats were not exceptionally large and only observed outside the building. Curbside trash piles did get collected the next morning.
At the time of booking the property advertised "facilities for disabled guests", "beachfront", "concierge", "tour desk", "sundeck" and "airport shuttle for additional charge". The bathtub with a thigh high rim was completely inaccessible to my disabled wife. The sundeck exists but can only be reached by flights of stairs that my wife can only negotiate with physical assistance. There is no beach though one wonders why there would be one in the middle of a working harbor. Concierge, tour desk and airport shuttle do not exist at all. We were forced to check out after only one night of our 5 night reservation. The hotel only offered us a room with a shower stall after we had already booked another hotel with the facilities we require. Though outrageous, charging a million Korean won for a single night in such a place is considered a civil matter under Korean law. However; false advertising is a crime. We offered the hotel to pay for a single night of our 5 night reservation and they declined. I am now forced to contest the entire charge with both Booking.com and American Express.

Wonderful
Our hotel room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty. Surroundings are catered to families with young children.
Roof top views are amazing, but its floor definitely needs to be cleaned, renovated, and with better updates and decorations will spruce up the place for sure.
