Despite this being a "love hotel" and the stigma that may come with that, I felt it was great value for money. The room was great, clean and spacious. Soundproofing excellent. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Easy walk from the Intercity Bus Terminal.
Breakfast was quite limited. Toast, cereal but no milk. I had paid for the jacuzzi tub upgrade, but did not receive a room with a tub - a letdown after hiking Jirisan.

Room was clean. Very close to bus terminal 3min walk and walking distance to tombs site.
Rooms were dated. Bed hard. Travelled as a Group and when I asked for a second key the reception gave me a hard time. I separated from my travel group and couldn’t they into the room, after pleading and explaining it, he gave me a key only if I promised to give it back by the same day. Also bathroom has frosted window with cracks you can see into. No privacy there… seemed more like a “love motel”.

Very Good
Location is great, easy walking distance from bus terminals and bus stops, quiet at night, room felt clean and had generous amenities (moisturizer, razor, etc.), no problems, nice bath/shower setup, comfortable stay. Oh, about the location, there were a lot of "love hotel" type places and so on around it, and the neighborhood maybe a little seedy, BUT it felt very safe and the seediness was also kinda savory.
only two hangers in the room; staff didn't tell us the AC was controlled by the TV controller, so we did without AC for our stay, and it got a little warm (we should have asked about it, so it's partly on us); toilet washlet was positioned strangely so it missed the appropriate target on your bottom. Leaving luggage after we checked out for a few hours felt a LITTLE risky as there's no special room for the purpose but just the space by/below the front desk (but our suitcase was fine and really it was not an issue).

The location is ok. As it very close to the bus terminal. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't say anything about that. I love the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
The Wifi in my room 606, was not strong. I couldn't connect very smoothly.

I had a very spacious, well-appointed room. I was very comfortable. I stayed three nights so I was able to do my laundry for free. Great location.
Same breakfast three days in a row. Some variation would be nice, although the breakfast was very good.

It was close to the bus station and walking distance to three of the major sites.
The first night was an outrageous $300 usd. Next 2 nights around fifty dollars a late bus got us in pretty late , " breakfast if you are being generous was edible just. We bought store food the next few days.

Comfortable room with a big TV.
The hotel is on a bit of a seedy street. Lots of girl bars. It is a bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) to the cute walking street area and tombs. Breakfast was iffy.

The room was huge and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was large as well and the room included a nice compliment of amenities. A breakfast was included and the staff made an effort to be accommodating. The location was very close to the inter-city bus terminal and a short walk to the areas main sites and dining areas.
The hotel's only exit stairs were being used for storage and housekeeping and the fire doors were kept propped open.

The staff. Both gentlemen working the front desk were polite and helpful. The location is a walking distance (albeit about 30 mins) to various tourist sites. We had a car so on most days we drove. It is near the bus terminal so if someone didn't drive the location is convenient. It's located around what appears to be a red light district, but I did not find it dangerous at all. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, and even a large Starbucks only 5 minute walk from the hotel. I think the property has more of a motel vibe. The furniture pieces look a bit worn. However, the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean! The breakfast is not much. I passed on it and walked to Starbucks for breakfast.
The mattress. The mattress had a weird, plastic like cover and I got hot from it.

Very accessible location.
Feels and smells like a motel. The provided bath towels were very small in size (Same size as the hand towels provided in most hotels). Breakfast has very limited time window (We checked in late due to the time of our arrival so we had very limited options for breakfast time slots). If you go early or late as your breakfast time slot, staff kinda reprimands you.

Wonderful
For the price, the amenities included breakfast and room beverages were incomparable. The owners of the hotel go out of their way to ensure a good stay, including providing personal transportation to the KTX station (~15 min away). Bus station 5 min walk.
Depending upon your views, the hotel is a "love" motel and its location near other hotel/motels may be considered a negative to some. However, my wife and I felt that its status did not detract in anyway from our experience and we would gladly stay again.
