The staff were very kind and helpful to us. We needed help throwing away a broken suitcase and they were very accommodating! The room was clean and the location was great. Good value for the price!
The room said it fit four people, but was a very tight squeeze for four adults… while a futon was provided upon request, it just seemed a bit misleading. So please mentally prepare for one person to sleep on the (small) couch or floor with a futon if you are traveling with four adults.

Helpful staff and free water. The breakfast was fine for what it was.
The room was big, but a little bit stuffy as there wasn't a real window to open (there was, but it opened out to a kind of shaft. There was a huge bathtub, which we didn't use as it would have required using A LOT of water.

The location is central to everything and the parking was helpful.
This is NOT a family hotel! It felt dirty in many ways! We booked for a family trip with our 11 month baby. The hotel looks a lot better in photos. Our room was really shabby and the furniture was well worn. The bathroom was dirty. The pillowcases were yellow not white. Having a baby with us we decided that it was better to leave at 9.30pm and drive back to Seoul because it didn’t feel clean enough to let him stay, so ended up wasting our money.
If you are young and don’t care about cleanliness, this is an expensive option for you to be central to everything.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during 3 weeks around Korea. The room is large, comfortable and clean; the hotel is well-managed and centrally located; and the breakfast was generous and tasty. We were surprised how quiet the room was, despite the central and vibrant location!

The location was great, next to the commercial streets of Daegu, but still very quiet.
We booked the standard room, but the size was good, the room very clean and the bathroom had a curtain.
The breakfast was great, with Korean and European options.
Great value for price!
We were able to do the check-in 30 min in advance, and for the check-out it's possible to leave the luggage at the hotel.

They're expected there to be attractions around the accommodation, but there were not any.
