We arrived tired after a long drive in the rain, so we especially appreciated the courtesy of the lovely woman at the front desk on Wednesday, April 2nd. She kindly helped us to resolve an error in our booking (our fault). She also recommended a nearby restaurant (that met our dietary needs) and suggested we purchase the hotel breakfast. In a few short minutes, she had fully met our needs! The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant, Gomidam, was only a 5-minute walk away and was fabulous. We enjoyed pork belly grilled at our table AND the hotel had given us a coupon for 10% off our meal! PS There are several restaurants nearby. Finally, we truly enjoyed the hotel breakfast, a small Korean buffet which was tasty, nourishing and well-presented (Hi Nicole!). Thank you, Citi Hotel Hyeoksin in Wonju Innovation City, :)

Stayed for two nights with my sister to visit Chiak Mountain. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The hotel is modern and clean. The free parking and easy to reach hotel are great. It's in a quiet part with several restaurants around it which makes it easy as a place to spend the night on a go roadtrip holiday.
Staff didn't speak a word of English. It's not a big international hotel, but a little English would have been nice. Luckily I travel together with a Korean person. The water pressure was basically none existent and for anyone taller than 185cm you can't really shower. Except for below your head. Value for money, is a bit low. I have had way better for €70. PS: please have sockets next to the bed..
