This is a very tough review to write because the hotel has so many positives and with a little work it would be a dream. First with the good. The location could not possibly be better. You are just steps from the beach from the front door of your room. As soon as you walk off of your porch you are in the sand. I don't think we put shoes on for the entire 5 days. The restaurant is also to die for, all dishes were superb and priced so well it felt like you were taking advantage of them. The staff is also great. Everyone is very kind and they go above and beyond to make your stay great. You are paying for great location to the ocean/beach, great restaurant with great prices, and a great staff. I would still stay here again even with the room lacking.
I will preface the negative with the photos of the room are exactly what you are going to get. The room is very basic and could be cleaner. I think the cleanliness is what gets some negative reviews. There is no hot water and the water pressure is almost non existent. This is a remote island so that was expected. If the rooms would just get a little handy work and a real deep clean it would be rated 10's across the board. These things did not bother us and we knew what to expect. Just know that the room isn't great but the location and the hosts are.

They collected us from the ferry and took us back.
The place is run by kids. There are no adults. It is the dirtiest place on the beach. They swept but left all the plastic bottles and drink cans on the floor. There was sand in the bed so the sheets had not been changed.

Breakfast was good. I wish the restaurant would invest in a few Cafetieres in order to serve ground coffee rather than instant coffee. They could make more money too. I happily paid $3.50 on Lazy Beach for a cafetiere with Lavazza ground coffee used. The food was very good generally, and the drinks were fairly priced too.
Could you please put a big mirror in room B03, and also sweep under the bed!!! A waste paper bin in the bedroom would be useful too...

Very very unclean property, pillows were covered in mold and sheets covered in stains. Felt thoroughly unclean . Towels had dead bugs in them and were unable to use .

Amazing stay, staff were wonderful and so helpful helped us get to the departure pier free of charge, location was amazing right on the beautiful beach, restaurant was great we ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner both days we stayed here as it was delicious and very reasonably priced, definitely recommend you booking this place

Comfortable stay. Nice to have a little porch to chill after a day at the beach. Staff helped us book a ferry back to the mainland, as well as transport to the pier.
Wifi worked, but was spotty at times. No real complaints, though!

We had a wonderful 5 nights here. The bungalow is basic but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location, with easy access to nearby piers and in walking distance of other beaches around the island. The boat trip organised by the accommodation was a fun way to see more of the island.
Great BBQ every night with a range of fresh fish to chose from. All the staff are friendly and attentive. They provided wonderful service and kindly picked us up and dropped us to the pier. Big thanks to our friend 168. We hope to visit again in the future!
