Disappointing
Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The property is quite outdated and, even though it was only half full during our visit, it still didn’t feel comfortable. The location is directly on the beach, which is nice, but the surrounding village is not appealing at all—many empty or half-built buildings, dirty streets, and a generally neglected atmosphere. The biggest issue, however, is that the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. After checkout it became nearly impossible to reach anyone. We left much earlier than planned and were promised a refund, with written confirmation provided, yet the refund was never processed. Despite several attempts to contact them, I received no response. This level of service is unacceptable and unfortunately overshadowed the entire stay.

Nice stuff, pretty good breakfast. Fantastic swimming pool with direct access to the sea.Very clean rooms.
Experienced some trouble regarding Wifi while staying in my the 2nd floor room. It wasn't stable enough. Had to login many times again and again.

Right on the beach. Staff were friendly.
Interior is a bit old and musty. Water for the bath came out brown. I would say for the price for one night they can certainly afford sprucing it up a bit. It’s also a huge compound. Everywhere felt a bit empty and unnecessarily big.

I spent around 220$ per night for a private villa, at first it seem fantastic as the Front Staff had upgraded our room to a front beach villa.
Anyway, during my stay at nighttime, it was so dark that they did open the light along the beach and in front of the way; it looked so scary and lonely hotel that night. During daytime, relaxing at the beach in front of the villa itself, there was a bad smell (sewage) from the sea, and as I swim in the sea, the seawater was not fresh, it was dark water as pollution with sewage from the hotel itself or nearby hotel/restaurant.

Very nice hotel! Excellent location with huge private beach. Close to Sihanouk town. Hotel staff were great and always helpful and proactive in every aspect. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety! Food choices in restaurants were plentiful and affordable. We went diving from Sihanoukville and to get to the dive center was only a 20 mins Touktouk ride. So even for that the location was great. No need to get to a hotel on Koh Rong to go diving.
Sihanoukville itself is a bit unspectacular. Too many chinese construction projects and casinos have gone bancrupt as there hardly any Chinese tourists anymore nowadays. So on the one hand this makes it less crowded, in the other hand the hotels and casinos are missing these volumes and might not survive this for long..

The staff was really nice and helpfull. WiFi worked really good. The pool area was great. It was tidy and the water on the pool was just perfect. The beach is near and the beach was clean and nice. Breakfast was really good and there was a lot of different food. Restaurant had good food. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Our stay was just perfect and I can't understand all the complaintments that people had wrote. Everything was just perfect and we could not wish more from a hotel.

This resort is our go-to every year we visit Cambodia for the past 8 years. Their exceptional quality of service and facilities are comparable to other 4 to 5-star hotels, even though their rooms are starting to show their age. A little facelift could help catch up with the newer hotels nearby. We enjoyed the pool and private beach the most. The staff is always accommodating to our needs. Now that more shopping and food places has been built around the resort, this makes it more walkable to explore the surrounding areas for local foods etc.
The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom floor still overflows with water after a shower and is dangerous and slippery on the tiles - so be careful.
