Very Poor
Messaged month advance about working AC unit as gf suffers with heat. They said ok and then gave us a broken one with a broken cieling fan and the host ignored the whatsapp messages.
We had to check out after 1 night having paid for 5. I got a message saying I would be refunded then later they retracted it. The bed was 2 rock hard single beds pushed togehter and room tiny.

Disappointing
Breakfast is tasty.
The room was so old and expensive for what it was. There is no shuttle car to welcome you at the port (charges outside). The beach is not clean and is not protected by the resort as it should be.

Very nice it was close to beach
It was too old the place need to upgrade it or remodel it,A/C not working good,door to bathroom can’t close,keys provided can’t unlock front door ,have to exchange the room from C16B to C12B due too a/c not working properly but breakfast was good

Stayed there a few years ago. The restaurant was then a pleasant place where guests were spending time. The atmosphere and the food has deteriorated since. The air conditioned in the room is struggling to cope with the outside heat. The beach location is still very good.

Great location if you like quiet beach space. Beautiful white sand beach. Room was showing its age and wear, but was adequate- as was the very necessary air conditioning. Breakfasts offered limited selection, but food was good. Best was the staff who were very helpful in arranging transport to and from Sihanoukville. We enjoyed our stay.
Beach is unfortunately full of litter that washes up from the water. It was cleaned up once during our 2 and 1/2 days there. But there is so much being washed up from the ocean it is hard to keep the beach clean. The room was showing its age, especially the toilet/shower room. But it all functioned, and the room was cleaned very well every day.

If you are looking for a true rustic island experience, look no further. The resort is right on the beach, within walking distance to the village and all the bars and restaurants. It was a piece of paradise.

Disappointing
we spent two nights there, which was okay. This resort needs a lot of renovation and care. The breakfast was very nice. The bar is overpriced. Unfortunately the beach was very dirty when we were there, but it’s not their fault. Once the waves brought out all the trash from the sea they started to clean up the beach. we rented a motorbike and it was very easy to access other parts of the island from this resort.

Disappointing
The room was not clean, I can smell fungus. May this is not the best time to stay in this place. The staff was okay, nothing special or comforting. I been to other resort in Koh Rong in December, it was much better.
