an intemacy and cute facility.You cab hang all day long
if you come back to the facility late night you may find the gate closed.Ofcourse watchman comes immidiately and open the gate.

Nice hotel in a terrible neighborhood. Decent Italian restaurant at the hotel.
The location was in the middle of the ghetto. No places to eat within walking distance except the hotel. Full of drunk Russians .

Pool next to the bungalow.
During my stay there construction was going on and it was starting 6:00 in the morning boom-boom every 5 minutes. Under my ceiling some animal was leaving, most likely the rat. Every time I were going to the bathroom I could hear it moving. Place located in secluded area from everything: beach, stores, restaurants and everything you could imagine. Yes, they have their own restaurant , but the food they offer is not my choice.To get to all this places you have to order took took or to have a bike, the car or walk on the sandy road about 1 kilometer.
My place never was cleaned during my stay and when I put a request on my door to get some one to do it, nobody came. What’s the point to have a note if you don’t pay attention to it?
Also I had to ask employees for toiletries several times during my stay, never was offered it by anyone.
The bungalow is not noise proof, there was guests
living next door to me who partied till 5:00 o’clock in the morning and I felt like I’m enjoying them,since I heard everything they were saying.

Enjoyable stay. Relaxing atmosphere.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Roughly a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach.
Can be a bit noisy with music from the bar area well after 10pm.

The swimming pool was green.
Renovations and repairs needed.

choose this place for one night due to location to airport . Pool was dark brown, but staff told us it was because of the rain, but there was blue pools in other hotels close by so not sure. The pizza was amazing and the room was comfortable and clean.

Lovely small resort if you are spending a few nights in Sihanoukville, it has everything you need! The staff have been great during our entire stay, very helpful and super friendly. We also ended up eating at the hotel for two nights as it was pouring it with rain during the two evenings we stayed, however the food was great and we enjoyed our meals! Great size pool and lots of sun loungers if you like sunbathing :) our room was also large and had a private balcony which was lovely! Thanks so much.

The staff is nice.
In the bathroom, it needs more shelter for hanging some clothes or towels.
When we checked in, our towel was a bit wet, .. but we could request to change the wet towel, which is nice.
