The restaurant and food services were not available during the entire stay, we were not informed of this until arrival to the hotel. The staff however continued to use the hotel kitchen for personal use to cook their own meals during our stay.

Fantastic location. We only booked a tent but the bed was comfortable, there were sockets and it was clean. There was even Wifi signal though a bit patchy.
Bathroom/shower facility could be better equipped. There were no toilet seats.
There was no food in the resort although advertised on the booking.

It was a nice place, great location & with great staff.
We made a mistake & did not book a room with AC, so it was a hot couple of nights. The fans helped but still very warm.

The staff here are so nice and coconut beach is beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of comfortable places to sit on the beach.
The showers were only cold water and the bathrooms were not clean, one toilet had no seat. The fan in the tent didn’t do anything and there was extremely loud construction happening across the street so impossible to sleep in past 7am. The restaurant also has a lot of reviews of food poisoning and the food made me feel quite sick. However much you save by booking this accommodation you will spend just to get out of coconut beach as it is so expensive to get a tuktuk to any other beach or the port.

Staff and the owner! I stayed only 2 nights though as the tent was not as comfortable as I thought! The staff and food was excellent!!!
No soap or shampoo to shower with! Only towels were provided!!!

Awesome place , my favorite of my whole trip . The staff , food , beds and bunglows were all amazing . The beach there is super nice with a good chill vibe . I moved around the island and stayed in 3 different areas this place was by far my favorite . I will be back great job team bunnan

The actual cabin we stayed in was nice - comfy chairs on porch, decent size room, slept well. The restaurant connected to the hotel was great - good food, nice staff, nice relaxed atmosphere , good prices. We hung out mostly at restaurant and beach. Coconut beach is calm waters with beautiful white sand beach.
The active construction site happening immediately next door ?. Work started at 7am.
The bathroom - didn’t like how the shower water drain was across the bathroom so whole floor got wet each time. An extra mat or squeegee to direct water might help. But shower pressure and hot water was great.

The beach was amazing and it was not busy at all.
The restaurant was also good.
It was really hot and the fans weren’t enough to cool down. Also two times we lost electricity and WiFi for some time. There is not service, so you are really dependent on the WiFi.

View from the cottage on nice beach, but very short part of beach devided by wall from other resorts.
Communication with the staff, also had to wait for more than 1 hour for free pick up. Cold water with small pressure in shower.

Right next to the beach, rooms were spacious and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely and the restaurant food was delicious. Loved the seating area outside our room. 10min drive from the pier

Over all expectations! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us get tuktuks to the town☺️The tent was pretty comfortable, and the location was wonderful. Right by the beach, some resturants and completely calm at night. They also had free water which was nice!
I would reccomend renting scooters, if not you really have no opportunity to get to the city unless you order a tuktuk through the hotel. There are also no stores close by. The power went out sometimes and it got very hot in the tent, but it seemed like that was a problem for the whole island.

We stay in a tent with a fan and for the price offered it was a great value for money. Very clean, on the beautiful beach with plenty of food options around. Very nice staff!

I’ve rated this place a 10/10 as it was EXACTLY what I needed after traveling solo in hostels for a while. It was right on the beach, had an onsite restaurant and was very quiet. The staff were incredible which really made my trip.
I loved everything, but I will say this place isn’t near anything without a taxi + it’s very very basic accommodation. This was perfect for me, but if you wanted luxury the tents are not it. BUT I would recommend this regardless as it’s the best place to switch off.

?Location is great. Coconut beach is quiet and peaceful. It’s away from the main pier but the hotel arranges for tuktuk to pick you up and it’s a 10 minute ride.
? So for context there was a storm on the first night where the power went out for about 6 hours meaning no functioning fan for one night. Slept fine anyway, slept even better on the second night with the fan. Mosquito net also provided.
?️ Hotel serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner. On average costing 4.50 usd for breakfast, 6.50 usd for lunch, 8.00 usd for dinner incl drinks. Card payments accepted. Good range of western and Asian options.
Overall a great stay- I ended up extending my stay by 3 more nights and was lucky to take their last available room.

Nice, quiet location - cute dogs.
Free port pickup and drop off.
Air con was very weak, we found it difficult to sleep.
We weren’t able to eat for dinner as last orders were at 4pm which we did not realise prior to booking, but there were a few other resorts with restaurants nearby.
Provided beach chairs, though beach loungers were a bit rundown and not too comfortable.
