In a great walkable location, and if you are looking for a cool bar with great people watching, step outside the hotel and go left, and it will be kitty- corner from the hotel! The employee Jenny was awesome… Professional and super friendly and helpful!

Wonderful
I was not expecting much because I didn't see many good options in Sihanoukville but I was pleasantly surprised that this was a really nice stay. The hotel is about a block from a beautiful beach with sunset view. It was a Sunday and if you walk all the way down the beach, there is a section where Khmer people gather at the beach to have picnics. There is also a giant Chinese mall just up the hill which is a spectacle in and of itself...
The rooms are large with good AC and the bathroom is well designed so water doesn't leak everywhere.
Staff was very nice and helpful, speaking English well. They arranged a tuk tuk to the port for me and gave me all the info I needed . Breakfast was also large and very good.
I originally booked this because it is close to one of the ferry terminals. Ferries no longer go from this terminal. But it's ok because the price of the ferry ticket ($25 round trip to Koh Rong ) also includes tuk tuk transfer to the main port ferry terminal so I would have paid the same anyway and this hotel was much more affordable than other hotels in the city. Overall really enjoyed my day in Sihanoukville!
There was not hot water when I took a shower but wasn't a big deal.
FYI the hotel is actually just down the hill from where it appears on the map.

Pleasant
It had two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Friendly staff.
Pricey for what it was. The room wasn’t too clean: walls were stained and floor felt a little sticky.

Sihanoukville is distroyed and overrun by chinese. few westerners stay here, they just pass through on the way to the islands. I hated S-ville, but the hotel was fine.

Nothing, we left after seeing the room
The facility is not well maintained, the room we got was full of mud and humidity. A big window separate the bed and the toilet, so you can see everything. The room was supposed to have a sea view but it mainly faced a parking lot. The place also serves food but it didn’t looked clean.

The lady on reception was great. Within walking distance of a local nightmarket & a couple of restaurants
The room was ok but needed maintenance, the shower pole was hanging off the wall a little, for example - definitely in need of a refurb. The bathroom (including the toilet) is separated from the area where the bed is by glass, no blind, so no privacy at all.
