staff was excellent, breakfast was nice, mix of khmer and western food, a few blocks from pub street so not noisy. the spa at the hotel is reasonably priced also and was quite nice

Lovely place. Old world breakfast and pool, sauna and massage spa with drink service on rooftop. Definitely will return. Don't miss the new craft brew place several doors down.

We liked location and how close it was to city centre. Hotel looks modern outside and in the lobby area. Room with free upgrade was spacious. Reception and bell man was very helpful.
Bathroom's amenities were on very low level incl. toilet, which wasn't working well and shower area asked for fix and refurbishment. It was also too loud in the room due to bad isolation and we often heard dogs barking or personnel making noise outside, especially annoying in the morning from 8 to 10AM. Lastly, on the last night we discovered big cockroach under the pillow. I suggest to deliver more time to cleaning the rooms and desinsection.

Staff were all extremely attentive and friendly. Front desk, persons at the door, breakfast buffet staff - all excellent. Location is also perfect.
Had a couple pesky mosquitos in our room but nothing serious.

This has been the highlight of our 2 month trip in Asia.
The whole staff has been amazing, discreet but proactive at same time. A big thank to Sok and Chean who were really kind to us. Thank you girls!
The room is spacious, clean. The hotel is central and it always felt safe in the city.
We also enjoyed their tuktuk service to the temples.
I wish you all the best and we will come back next time we are in Siem reap!

The room was very spacious and clean. The reception staff were fantastic, very helpful. They helped us with a number of our sightseeing arrangements and made great recommendations.
It was very noisy outside on Saturday night, we were woken a lot, but other nights were fine.

This place is a gem!. The staff are a huge credit to the hotel. They go above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible.
The hotel itself is very clean and well presented.

Very stylish hotel with extremely friendly staff. Nice rooms with a bath which can be used as swimming pool ? good location just near all you need in Siem Reap.
It was my second stay and I’ll chose it again for my next Cambodia trip.
Bathroom door was closing with hrrrrrr sound, need to be adjusted. Sometimes long waiting time for drinks at rooftop bar.
