Room was nice, well organized and clean. Really liked the set up. Staff available to assist with all needs. Quality of room for price was a great value.
The photos from bookings.com have not been updated. It looks like a modern shiny high rise with a dining facility. The rooms have beem remodeled and are nice but the building is an older building and the kitchen/dining was.closed during covid.

Good location with a number of Very Good restaurants near by. Just the right distance to and from Pub Street, easy walk going and a “bit longer” on the return walk…
Room was clean, comfortable and well supplied with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable as well! Nice little balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy a morning coffee. House Keeping staff kept us well supplied with water, towels and always friendly.
Hotel front end staff, especially helpful and always available to help out when needed, friendly and courteous at all times.
Pool and Courtyard with towels and the area was clean.
Discount Coupon for the adjacent restaurant/ bakery/coffee shop was Appreciated!
The room price was more than Reasonable especially when everything was considered.

Now the bad… the Ice Supply/ Crushing Shop was a little on the Loud Side of Things but this only lasted a few minutes during random times during the day.

This hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and had great amenities. Staff were always so friendly and just a short walk to pub street but still set in a quite local area. The beds were super comfy and the room was cleaned immaculately every day. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 5 nights as two adults and a small child and had a wonderful time. Our room was on the first floor and had very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. One of the highlights was the uniquely designed shower area—it was part of the room but well separated from the main sleeping area, very spacious, and had good water pressure.
The pool was clean (and refreshingly cold), with fresh towels available nearby at all times. The location is quiet at night, and it's also close to the city center, which was a big plus.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely return in the future.

We loved the hotel, and booked two more nights. The staff is really thorough, helpful and kind. I made a mistake in booking two more nights and the booking was canceled, refunded and rebooked without any issues. The room is well kept and made up each day by the wonderful cleaning staff. This level of service and eye to detail is exceptional for the given price point. You are close to the center which is just a few minutes walk and there is parking in front and behind the back in case you travel by car.

A/C seems to be centrally controlled, so we couldn't adjust the room temperature manually. So it gut a bit warmer at night, but was not a problem

The staff were excellent, always welcoming in rhe lobby, very helpful wit booking tours, tuk tuks,.advice on local restaurants/actìvities/shopping. The location was good as it's just outside the busier streets and 5 min walk to lots of.good restaurants.and markets. Patio was.nice and pool. Good.value.for.the money
The pool was cold.but most others are as they are not heated. Not a lot of room to sit around pool area.

The facility was amazing. Coming back to a pool out of the sun after a hot day was incredibly refreshing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly. Very well managed hotel.
The walk-in shower in my room didn’t keep the water from spilling into the sink area. I grabbed pool towels to keep the water from running everywhere.

Many Tours are available at the Reception Desk for a really good Price..
I can recommend the Rooms with Pool Access, so lovely to open the Window and jump into the Pool. ?, Most of the Time you be alone there.
