We LOVED staying at The Nature!
The location a bit out of town was just perfect for us! The calm, quiet and serene ambience was just amazing! The landscaping and beautiful wood interior was beautiful - and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the wonders of Angkor Wat.
It is extremely easy to get around Siem Reap, as the hotel has their own tuk tuk drivers, ready at any time. SO convenient and the drivers were so nice! We used their service for our exploring of Angkor Wat and Sothy was the nicest and most service minded tuk tuk driver we've ever experienced!
The room was really big, the tub was great and all in all just great interior styling.
The food and drinks we had at The Nature was great, the service is fantastic and the people and vibe of the place was just all in all amazing!
Would definitely stay again! We miss it already.

Tut tuk driver was friendly.
I booked 3 nights at this hotel. My room was supposed to have pool access. I checked out late, after pick-up from the airport.
The receptionist gave me a room without poll access and generally smaller than the room I paid for, basically downgrading my room. Also, the room had bad noise isolations, it was raining all night, and I could not sleep because of the frogs' hubbub. The shower was broken.
The next day after my complaint, I was given a room I paid for. To sum up: I was overcharged for one night of 3.
Food: The hotel's menu is limited. Coconut juice and beer were OK. The food itself is super generic and no tasty at all (it's not cheap either).
Location: it's superb, not super close to Sien Reap downtown.

I love the wood furniture and the ensuite design. The pool is very clean, inviting and relaxing. We especially like the part that there is a balcony to each room so you can look outside at the greenery around. Also the bathtub is comfy. The kids didn't want to come out of it.

The staff at nature is very friendly. The best thing about it was our driver Mr. Daro, he took us to the floating village and to Angkor. We didnt even need a guide because he explained everything to us and he was very engaged.

The structure of building, the surrounding gardens but most of all, the staff. We were very happy with the food selection and very much enjoyed our tuk tuk day trip arranged by this establishment with Mr Daro. He was a very safe Driver, has lots of knowledge, kept us cool with iced water and coconut drinks, plus he took us to a few unexpected things to see.
The bed was a little hard for us Aussie's but we are used to softer mattresses.

This was a fantastic place to stay! The staff are really friendly and helpful, the food is simple but good, the hotel is also simply done but stylish and so lush and green it felt like an oasis. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely tub/shower. Its so much better to stay at a small, locally run, hotel than at a big anonymous chain.
The only slight drawback was the distance to the town Centre and the temples, but the hotel offer a free tuk tuk to town and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport so it wasnt a problem at all.

Pool and did was good. Tuktuk at the door was good
Too far from town. Pictures on booking.com were very misleading and alot smaller than appeared. Very basic accommodation. We had to fight off bugs at night
