This was an absolutely gorgeous hotel, so quaint, with pretty artwork and decorations everywhere. Central location, and the hotel offers a tuktuk to the old town for only $1. They also provide a free afternoon tea for you to sample Cambodian snacks, tea, and fruits.
Perhaps the best thing about this place however, were how welcoming the staff were. I’ve travelled to many places but this hotel really stands out- I felt like I was in a 5 star establishment at all times. Staff really went the extra mile, remembering your names, asking how your day went, and giving recommendations. We were assisted by Regina throughout our stay, and she was soso lovely.

For the standard of this place, the price I paid was unbeatable. The hotel is as beautiful as it seems from the pictures. Staff is super friendly, free afternoon tea is a nice break in the day, the TWO pools are both really nice to splash around in to cool down after exploring Angkor Wat. You can confidently stay here and know you'll have a good experience.
The room I stayed in was not amazing in that it was a bit dark and right next to the reception. However, I booked the cheapest room and it was great value, so I'm mentioning this just so people know that you might want to consider going for one of the higher room types. It was not a bad room, however, just a wee bit noisy.

The service standard at The Community is incredible. The property is clean, the staff is kind and attentive. The energy is peaceful. I loved my stay so much that I intend to come back just to stay at The Community again.

The staff was excellent. The first floor pool was quite nice. The tea time in the afternoon was nice. The tuktuk drivers available out front was very helpful and affordable.
The bed in our room was uncomfortable (far too hard for me). We had no tv in our room. Most of the furniture was uneven(wobbled on the floor). The WIFI was weak in our room.

This place is an incredible gem in the heart of Siem Reap, complete with friendly and helpful staff, coordinated access to the main sites, tuk-tuks to downtown, and in-room massage service. WOW! There is too much to list. We really apprecaited the help from the desk staff (Regina was great!) and our tour guide, Leapheng, was excellent. The tea service daily was a treat. The pools were relaxing and enjoyable. The massages were excellent. The meals were well priced and excellent. The room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Oh my god. The hotel was a paradise.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were playing with our baby while we were having our breakfast. Thanks a lot ?
The room was decorated with lotus flowers. Breakfast was delicious. You can order different dishes, 2 drinks and have some fruits. The accommodation was the best. We got a free room upgrade, because we had a baby with us. There is a wonderful tradition to have a tea party for guests every afternoon. The staff prepared some sweets, fruits and different tea. People spent time in a garden and had delicious tea.
There are two swimming pools. One is on the roof and the second one is next to the main entrance.
We booked a tuk-tuk to visit Angkor Wat for 2 days and the driver was the best. He tried to picked us up as early as possible to avoid the hot sun. He even gave a hammock for our baby when she was sleeping. Thanks a lot for these wonderful days in the best place ?

All the staff, from the manger, Regina, the reception staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff and porters were unfailingly welcoming and helpful. The drivers and tour guides we booked through the hotel were also friendly and knowledgeable.
The restaurant has good food and great cocktails reasonably priced. The terrace area was pleasant in the afternoon and evening. It was only a 10 min tuk tuk ride to Pub Street. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt it was excellent value.

Great stay at community. We enjoyed the room and the great breakfast as well as the proposed tours that can be booked from the reception. The stuff is very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Excelent hotel. Very good service and organization. The private tuktuk services from the hotel is a really nice service the hotel offers. The tours organized by the hotel were very good, especially the angkor wat tour with Mr. Hak.

The staff were incredible. So helpful and kind. They helped me arrange all my tours and activities and made my stay as a single traveler exceptional. The property is also lovely with two pools and a beautiful garden with restaurant. A real escape from the busy city while still being close and convenient.

My stay was truly exceptional. The staff is so professional and I've never felt so welcomed in my life. The hotel is top level, high quality. They are really trying every second to give the best experience as possible.
I'd be more bolder to offer either only, or more local cambodian dishes at the restaurant.

Excellent value for money. The staff are kind and extremely helpful. The hotel is on the road to Angkor Wat and is close to many cafes and restaurants. The hotel facilities are excellent and a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.
