The Community exceeded all expectations. Dalin made out stay the BEST ever. She helped plan three days at the Temples and surrounding areas. The hotel tuk tuk drivers were the BEST. We loved every minute of our stay here. The breakfast is excellent. There are two pools that are perfect - one on the main area shaded and one on the roof for sunshine. I loved being a little out of town and closer to the temples. Thanks to Dalin and her team for everything. Perfect Stay!!

We, a party of 8, stayed at The Community, from Jan 6 to Jan 9. I want to take the time to thank all the staff at The Community for the warm hospitality, incredible assistance, never-ending help and a friendly environment. All of that made our visit so much pleasant and smooth. They were always ready to help, answering questions again and again. They were quite accommodating and flexible to design a tour that suited our requirements. It was such a pleasure staying at their nice facility. The rooms were clean. Even though the place was on the busy main road, it was very calm. They also arranged a van for our entire trip from picking up at the airport to dropping us back at the airport. They also gladly arranged tuk tuks which were always available outside the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and members of the staff were always ready to help with any request that we had. The pleasant, friendly and kind service is something none of us will forget. The driver (Chamroen) and the guide Leaphen were more than wonderful. The guide was awesome with his deep knowledge of the history and information and was also very friendly and flexible with a great sense of humor. The food was decent although repetitive. The stay, van and guide combined for great value for our moeny. Once again, entire team made this trip a very memorable and comfortable one.

Great place to stay, cozy and comfortable!

This was such a lovely stay, I was sorry to have leave. The staff was delightful; so warm, welcoming and helpful. They really went of their way to make sure we were happy and even welcomed us by name whenever we’d see them. They arranged tours, drivers, tuktuks and massages for us and it was all perfect. The location was a bit outside the craziness of downtown— still very accessible, even by walking, but much, much quieter. Afternoon tea was a nice treat after touring around all day. The public spaces were tastefully decorated and the room was large and comfortable. Plus, the food was delicious. We couldn’t have been happier than our choice to stay at the Community.

The room was exactly as described and pictured. The staff at the desk and the restaurant were great! Sophia, Anita, and all were wonderful and extremely helpful! We loved their pledge to reduce plastic - they have filtered water available in the lobby and even give you a large reusable water container. We drank the water without any issues as the tap water is not safe to drink. This no doubt saved many many plastic water bottles that we would have had to consume during our stay had they not provided this amenity! They have also cats/kittens that lives on site and they are adorable!

The staff created the most serene and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious and the rooftop swimming pool was very inviting after a long day at Angkor Wat. Their food was super fresh and tasty and we ate most of our meals there. What a special find and I am sure we will be back.

Exceptional, I have been to 70+ countries and Cambodia is by far the friendliest. Everyone at the hotel and their related services was above and beyond expectations. Always smiling and eager to help. Great location, quiet and clean rooms. A+

Exceptional hotel! We asked our kids to rate their favorite hotels from our two month trip in Thailand and Cambodia. They didn't even blink and said The Community was the best! And we stayed at a bunch of fancy and expensive resorts in Thailand. But The Community has absolutely everything a hotel should have to make you fell at home! The rooms are very cosy and nest. They were very clean, spacious bathroom and with a very nice touch provided by small art objects which you can also buy at a very reasonable price. The restaurant was very very good - we ate a lot of times for lunch and evening and we have no complaints. They also have some lovely fish (our kids loved feeding them) and three cats who were roaming around. The hotel is located very convenient, between old town and the temples - they provide tuk tuk rides to the market for 1$. We also booked a guided tour with them to Kbal Spean and it was very nice, we really enjoyed our day. And the massage was very very good, I really regret not having enough time to try it more than once. However, the best part about this hotel is by far its staff - absolutely everybody was smiling, they all want to help you whenever you need, we had the feeling of staying at a family rather than a hotel. A very special thank you goes to the lovely Anita and Jessi. Our kids absolutely loved them, they were so nice and kind to them, Anita always brought them their favorite fruits, helped them with fish food and so on. They were really sad when we left and made us promise to return as soon as possible to their favorite hotel - The Community. Thank you for making our week with you absolutely perfect! And really hope to stay again soon!

The service was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating and customer service oriented. We were happy that the hotel was located away from the touristy area.
