I had a lovely stay at the Templation Hotel. My Jungle Room was a piece of paradise with its dipping pool. The hotel staff were so warm and kind. I had good breakfast/dinner and the service was excellent. I also enjoyed my spa treatment. The hotel tuktuk driver Nang was very helpful to me. I hope to return next time I visit Cambodia.

Quiet spot on the road to Angkor Wat. We chose the rooms that felt like we were on wildlife safari. Very unique. Relaxing swimming pool. Very friendly staff

The rooms is great, the layout is very well done and it's extremely clean and quiet. Great shower.
Breakfast is a la carte so there's no rush/mess around a buffet and can be served directly to the room (room service was incredibly fast, less than 15 minutes wait).
The main pool is beautiful, overall it's a very relaxing environment.
The toilet cubicle in the room is quite tight if you are a larger/taller person.

We recently stayed at Templation Hotel in Siem Reap and had mixed feelings about our experience. On arrival at around 9pm after a long day of international travel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and professional. We were informed that room service was available until 10:30pm, which was a relief. However, after placing our order at 9:30pm, we waited over an hour with no update. When we called to follow up, we were told the kitchen never received the order—extremely frustrating given the late hour and how tired we were.
The hotel grounds are beautiful and breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the outdoor areas. There was also a power outage during our stay—something we didn’t experience at another hotel nearby, suggesting it wasn’t a widespread issue.
Considering the premium price and 5-star rating, we expected a higher level of service and consistency. While there were some highlights, the inconveniences—especially around basic services like food and electricity—left us disappointed overall.
Room service order placed at 9:30pm never reached the kitchen, causing over an hour of delay and no food despite being told the kitchen closed at 10:30pm.
Power outage during the stay, which was not experienced at a nearby hotel.
A high number of mosquitoes made it difficult to enjoy the property.
Overall experience didn’t meet expectations for the price and 5-star rating.

This is a superb and unusual hotel. A gorgeous property. Well located. Extremely comfortable “jungloos” ( tents) and a smart, well designed central public space. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed in the Jungloo tent. It was glamping for sure with turn down service and a beautiful private pool. We also enjoyed the superb massages we received at the spa twice! Beautiful facilities and top notch service, away from the hustle and bustle of town.

From start to finish we had the most fabulous time. We stayed in a Jungleloo, so authentic and luxurious at the same time. The staff were all so helpful and friendly and made many great recommendations for day trips. Whilst not in the centre of the city, it was only a $3 Tuk Tuk ride away and it was our preference to be away from the hustle and bustle. Don’t miss the Apopo centre and the Killing fields, as well was the botanical gardens, just a short stroll away. The war museum is also worth a visit, so authentic. Angkor Wot is just 15 mins way by tuk tuk.
The pool was amazing, lovely temperature and 25m, so it was possible to swim and exercise. The gym, although small was well equipped. We had a few treatments whilst here, some of the best we’ve experienced in our time in Cambodia. The breakfasts were amazing, no buffet, everything was freshly prepared and a ‘floating’ breakfast was available at no extra cost, where you eat from your private plunge pool which is part of your room.
After a week in Vietnam, seeing the sights, this was a welcome price of paradise. We won’t forget this place and hope to be back again very soon

Our stay at this hotel was filled with memorable moments. The private pools were a true highlight, providing a luxurious and secluded experience. The outdoor bathrooms are a brilliant concept, allowing for a truly immersive nature experience while bathing. However, the sheer size of the bathtubs meant a lengthy one-hour wait to fill them, and we frequently encountered issues with insufficient hot water. The hotel's gardens are a wonderland for children, with countless bunnies hopping around. The large common pool, featuring a unique boat structure, added an element of excitement to our stay. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and responsive, making us feel very welcome.
Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. The menu offered limited choices, and the food itself was not particularly flavorful
