Room, AC, location, friendly and helpful staff. The B&B is on a busy corner, but there is surprisingly low noise from the street.

Excellent service, good location walkable to Pub Street. Clean, daily housekeeping. Privacy respected. Very thoughtful. Tara, Nika’s sister, brought me a towel when I was in the pool. I didn’t even ask, she just saw I was there and brought me 2 big fresh towels. So kind. Nika is on top of things and also very helpful. What a great experience I had here. Top-notch courtesy for the customers. I will stay here again next time I come to Siem Reap. ???

It seems that in Siem Reap there are quite a few gems of hotels and this is definitely one of them. The location is excellent! Just a five minute walk to the Night Market and surrounded by ATM’s, cafes and restaurants and two supermarkets. The hotel itself has a lovely garden and swimming pool with a grand wooden staircase leading up to the second and third floors. The rooms themselves are spacious and very nicely furnished. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are comfortable. The price being asked for such a relaxing stay is more than fair.

It's a basic accommodation but has everything you could possibly need in Siem Reap: a comfy bed, functioning air conditioning and a clean bathroom. The owners are very nice too. The warm breakfast is tasty and comes in very handy before you go exploring the Angkor ruins for the day. The location is practical too: you have a few big supermarkets nearby and the main tourist centre of the town is only a few minutes away on foot.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center
The hotel is rated as fabulous but is far from fabulous. The swimming pool is next to the road and tables where guests are eating so it doesn't invite for a swim.
The breakfast is okay, but most of it is not fresh, for instance juices.
The bedroom was nice, except if you are sensitive to noise, you could hear the music in the street until 2am.

Best place to stay in siem reap! Really friendly and lovely people. They were a great help with all of our questions and with the tours to ankor wat/bus/tuk tuk etc. The room is amazing prepared, not to loud at night, good pressure in the shower and nice breakfast. After the checkout we stayed at die pool und even got fruits. Overall we had a very good time and can really recommend staying there!

Excellent staff. Arrange tours and laundry services and very helpful with any questions. We extended our stay. Would recommend. Would definitely stay again.
Fridge had a problem and leaked on floor but told them and they cleaned immediately.
Only bad- construction of gas station across street. VERY loud during day but night was quiet. Once construction done place will be great by the pool.

Nika is a great host and made everything to make us feel at home and enjoy Siem Reap and surrounding in the best way possible. Location is within a short walking distance to the city main streets and the whole staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely everything. Nika and her family team are the most incredible hosts. They looked after our every need in a caring, genuine and none pushy way. We were picked up at the airport by Nika herself. She also arranged a Tuk Tuk driver to take us to the Giant Ibis bus station on departure. The delicious vegetarian breakfast was simple yet freshly prepared to order each morning and was served beautifully.
The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily.
Nika helped to organise Angkor Archaeological Park tours at reasonable rates with a fantastic tuk tuk driver and also obtained our tickets for the circus.
The location is great being a few minutes walk from the centre.
We would highly recommend this hotel as it is outstanding value for money.
