Run by beautiful young students ( from disadvantaged backgrounds) but absolutely no compromise. They were charming and the food and accommodation were great.

The place was over our expectations. Really nice rooms, students go out of their way to do everything correctly, just be a little bit patient. We got very good advice about our day in Angkor Wat, and all the help we needed. Location is nice quiet road by the river, more local feeling then being in the centre. If I should be i Siem Reap in the future, I would stay here again.

Sala Bai’s young trainees are lovely, all Khmer smiles! Thank you Instructor Sovy for your students’ front desk service! A first-rate kitchen on site where we observed young chefs in white jackets and chef hats prepare gorgeous food. Our huge room with concrete wax washed walls decorated by a young Cambodian designer. In the evening, a student turned down the bed and turned on the soft lights before we got back from the temples. Simple luxury and amazing service and good feelings supporting the program! Winning combination for a traveling heart.

Great place, all students are very prepared and willing to improve, always ready to help. The room was beautiful, with a big bathroom and big shower. Everything perfectly cleaned. The service is great - reception, room service - and breakfast is very good (both international and khmer options available) with very fresh products. We tried also the restaurant and it's absolutely one of the bests in Cambodia!!!

Interior was simple but gorgeous and ceiling was high. Very eco-friendly. Staff’s hospitality was awesome!! I want to recommend this hotel to all tourists!
