The rooms provided were large and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
The hotel's restaurant serves poor breakfasts. The same restaurant served their food cold - French fries, beef local dish 'lok lak', etc. After swimming in the pool, the sole of my son's foot was punctured by a sharp-pointed object - very dangerous.

Very friendly staff and close enough yet still quiet
Building could use a bit of paint upkeep but otherwise was great. Pool was very welcome to help with heat. Rooms are nice and big. Good breakfast and other services massage and laundry are great

Exceptionally kind and service minded staff, both at the front desk and restaurant. Great food at good value, beautiful garden with a large and well maintained pool. Large and spacious rooms. The facility has a limited amount of rooms which makes it personal with a cozy ambience. We had a great stay!
Even if the rooms are very clean, some furniture needs some maintenance. Their design is rustic but are a bit worn out.

Over all a great experience because of the ambiance, efficient warm staff and prompt service. A great place to stay for those visiting the tourist spots here. Well done to the hotel for the positive and warm hospitality. Special mention needs to be made about the Chef Ourm ( called her Aum as it was easy to remember) who ensured that our special dietary preferences were catered for.

Property location and staff willingness to help.
The room did not match the description or photos shown at the time of booking. It also needed a thorough cleaning, several cupboard/closet fixtures were broken, and there wasn’t enough functional storage space for our clothes. Overall, it felt like we were assigned an older, unrenovated room that is due for updates.

Beautiful property with lots of lush greenery and traditional wood touches. The indoor-outdoor flowing lobby felt very nice and my room was great! The breakfast was set menu, not buffet, which I really liked too. The best part, however, was the service from the staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive, including Mr Sola, Ms Oeurm, Ms Touch and Ms Lyta. Loved my stay here.

The staff is exceptionally nice (restaurant, reception, shuttle drivers, cleaning, ...). The rooms are clean, very comfy and nice looking. It's a peaceful hotel with lots of plants and trees. The food at the restaurant is very good as well.

We booked the triple room for a very affordable price, and the moment we arrived, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the reception staff graciously allowing us to check in much earlier than expected (10+am). The room itself was decently sized and all rooms were facing the middle courtyard area which had the pool and the pool bar. The compound wasn't that big, so the restaurant, massage area and front desk were all within 10m from each other. However, no complaints here as it was really easy to get from one place to another with ease.
Free breakfast was also included and you could order anything (ala-carte) from the menu provided. They served American, continental and a bunch of other Asian dishes like porridge, noodles and rice. It was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast for all 3 mornings we were there. If you are also looking to hop onto a private tour to Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples, or just want to arrange a driver from one place to another, the hotel can also help you with that with very decent rates. We compared prices with Grab and the difference was negligible so we decided to go with the hotel. All in all, we would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Siem Reap. The location was not right in the town centre, but just a short tuk-tuk ride away from anywhere you wanna go (15 mins from Angkor Wat!).
The TV was really small and there were a few issues in receiving signals to watch international channels. The staff tried their best to help so it was all good, but we ended up just watching Netflix to make things easier for everyone.

Very nice, clean resort with great rooms and staff. Restaurant staff were very helpful in ordering off-menu where possible.
Could not try out the spa on the final morning as it only opens at 10, and check out was at 12.

We stayed here for my boyfriends birthday as a break from our 5 months of backpacking, and it really was the best 2 nights, we wish we'd stayed longer. The Sabara suite was incredible with the private pool and outdoor bathroom. the bed was the comfiest we've had in the whole of asia. The staff were amazing at making his birthday even more special. The Swedish massage was had was insane and really made the couple of days we spent here even more relaxing. everything was absolutely perfect and would really recommend for anyone wanting a nice break from the busy streets of cambodia. Thank you for making our stay so special :)
