We were greeted personally on arrival by the hotel manager and ensured check in went smoothly and we was impressed when we seen him again during our stay and remembered our names. The staff at this hotel are all professional, kind and very helpful and friendly all ensuring our stay could not be bettered.

The location was great to have proper sleep, the swimming pool was clean and the staff was friendly. You can pay by card and book your Tuk Tuk with them for the same price.
The first room had an AC that wasn’t that great.
The staff helped us to check it.

Definitely an awesome experience staycation in this hotel in siem reap. very good people in Cambodia they all generous kind and very helpful. The staff they all help me talked on the phone for me about my phone that lost during Angkor Wat tour. The staff who take care of the temples they kept it for me.

A really nice hotel with friendly staff. They have many tours you can book through them and they will pick you up from the hotel. Walking distance to many attractions around Siem Reap. Nice pool as well.

Excellent hotel, value exceeded the cost. Great location, excellent food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Check in is available at 2pm and check out at 12pm they can offer late check out at 1pm if the room no guest arrival. everyone here very kind and friendly.

A beautiful oasis in the city. Very lovely property with beautiful vegetation, well maintained. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends. If I come back to Seim Reap, I will stay again.
Trip was to short. Longer stay next time.
