The hotel arranged both our airport transfers which went really smoothly and they gave us a lot of information about the new airport that opened the day we were due to fly to Thailand which was really helpful. The staff were great - so friendly and welcoming. Both prior to arriving over email and on arrival / during our stay.
The hotel is a 20 minute walk from pub street, or its really easy to get hold of a tuk tuk. Its far enough away from the busy area but its really easy to get to. Theres also good food places and a 24 hour mini supermarket really close by. Its also not that far from other tourist attractions. The hotel can help arrange a car to go to Angkor Wat, also.

The staff are lovely, the pool was amazing and the room was very spacious.
Room requires a bit of TLC and renovation. A bit rough around the edges.

Great stay close to Angkor Wat and Siem Reap centre. The room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped.
I have been sent a driver to pick me up at the airport, Mr Vuth. He was lovely and very helpful, I also asked him to take me on a day tour at Angkor Wat temples which was lovely, he even offered to take photos for me.
There was a gap under the door to the corridor and to the balcony so I had geckos coming in quite a few times.

Authentic looking, lots of greenery. Pool looked nice. Enjoyed lovely meal in restaurant at night and could choose from a full breakfast menu in the morning. Really nice.
Bit further away from area we needed but a Tuk Tuk was 1$ to most places.

Great experience and we stayed longer than expected. Fantastic staff, pool & room. Nick, one of the hotel's tuk tuk drivers, picked us up from the airport and then helped us navigate the temples and floating village. Nick was so helpful and patient. We totally recommend him and this hotel.
Just a little bit out of busy city centre so a quick tuk tuk ride was needed. However, just out of the centre made for a quiet night and a good sleep!

I absolutely loved the accommodation. My room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. At the pool you can enjoy very cheap and tasty cocktails. My favorite part of this accommodation was the staff. The staff is very polite and nice. They tried to answer all my questions and helped me with everything that was needed. They are wonderful people and I wish them all the best. The restaurant offers a wide selection of very tasty dishes. Be aware of the large number of mosquitoes that will be present here and throughout the country and protect yourself.

Had a great stay at this property. We especially enjoyed the staff who were very nice and helped with everything. The pool was also a great place to hang out after visiting the Angkor Wat temples. Would recommend!
The bed was a bit too hard for our liking.

Nice looking pool, clean room, nice layout and bathroom
Pick-up from airport suposed miscommunication when caller was told to wait on phone, was cut-off and then tried calling on various numbers from different phones for a number of minutes with no answer.
Asked for help with getting a Tuk tuk was going to charge me a 7dollar fee so walked outside and got one myself. Only saw one hotel guest who was swimming the left. I knew was low season but didnt feel safe on my own and with lack of support from staff. Location is too far away from town centre.
