Rathanak and his family are amazing. They took great care of us. In the morning they serve delicious breakfast. The location is prime, close to Wat Bo and only a short walk into the city center. Felt safe even when going out at night. The room was very comfortable, and spacious with a balcony and a private entrance. Big bathroom and kitchen area with a fridge. Overall very modern and you get a lot of daylight. The patio is a nice place to sit and relax. As my brother had a late outbound flight they let us do a late check out as well. Thank you for having us!

The owner was so kind. When I wanted him to arrange taxi to go to the bus station next day, he say " I can take you to the bus station tomorrow" and He did it for me for free despite early morning. And location is Ok its easy to go somewhere by Tuktuk
I understand about shower condition in south east asia but It was tough for me that the hot water in the shower was not working. And some towels smelled.

This is the best place for staying in Siam reap!!!! -Super nice and clean rooms with a lot of ligth and very beautifull garden! Also super nice for sleeping with the sound of nature! -Breakfast are completely delicious!!! A the best is Mr nak and his family!!! They are super nice people and made me feel since the beginning like I know them since forever! He even pick me up and we had some beers also when raining wait for me with an umbrella and solve all my questions and inquiries immediately! -Great location! nice coffee for chilling near by and walking distance for downtown but still super relaxing in the middle of nature not in the noisy center also near temple to know more about budism - love a lot this place everything about it is amazing

Flexibility of the owner to do the check in and with everything you need.he is very kind and will help you with everything you need. The House is super clean and new and with all the facilities, very quiet and near town. It's a totally one of the best places to stay at Siem Reap, I would come back 100%.

Good location Good AC. Complimentary airport pick up and drop off.
There was a stale smell in the room & from the towels. We felt wed no personal space and couldnt come or go from the property without being asked where we were going or what we were doing. Housekeeping was carried out without us being informed or asked, but none of the usual housekeeping duties, i.e towels changed, toilet paper replaced, bed dressed, were carried out. Our laundry was taken from our room without consulting us and we had to pay 4 times the price than what was being charged if we were to get it done directly ourselves. The host entered our room when were out. Also, its important to know that the services offered through the accommodation are way more expensive in comparison to sourcing it yourself.

- very friendly and helpful owner and his wife
- silence and peace, morning chirping of birds
- space in the yard for the borrowed bikes
- tasty breakfast (baguette, butter, jam, two eggs, mango, dragon fruit, tea or coffee with milk)
- if you stay longer, it can be boring to eat the same things
- there was a bit of confusion and misunderstanding at arrival with our airport transfer, but it was finally solved
- not the fault of the place, but part of the street is like a garbage dump (unfortunately common in Cambodia)

We stayed at Siem Reap homesteading for two weeks and we had a great time.
First of all, the owners are lovely people who really care about their guests and their experience. If needed, they are ready to share their tips to make the most out of your stay in Cambodia.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and there was everything we needed, including a working desk. everything was clean and well-mantained.
The breakfast was delicious!
The location was also what we were looking for; in a quiet area, yet nearby the city center.

Really take good care of you here - they are very friendly and helpful. Free lifts offered and free pick up from airport. Very comfortable and smart room. I would definitely stay again 100%
Because it's in a peaceful location, it is a bit of a walk in the heat of the day to some places in town, but not far. A cheap tuk tuk or free ride will get you there! There are shops and ATM close by too.

Its is not what is there on booking.com.no wellness room not clean,owner just do not do bed PROPERLY, put your quilt on top of the bed you sleeping and leave pillow there not arrange on bed properly,got pictures to prove and 1 day not even do the bed(owner forgot)no wipe
Bathroom,shower water on floor very surprise how they got this good rating on booking,booking .com got wrong pictures sent,completely different
Stingy on breakfast,need to ask for extra coffee bread etc,very poor
