All staffs members were lovely and attentive. Their customers service was outstanding. The room were clean and location is just a $2 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street and night market. The hotel had excellent Wifi service.
The bathroom vanity could use updating but not horrible. Breakfast was included but buffet food was mostly cold and not kept at warm temperature.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities. Great value with an excellent breakfast. Great pool, large rooms, great shower and air con. Couldn't ask for much more.
Nothing really. It's not right in the middle of town but we walked in every night. It took 15 to 20 minutes. Easy and very safe.

It was my second time of staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I love the views, buffet and also the location.
The reception ( men ) were so friendly but the reception (woman) was so unfriendly and not professional! this time it’s not a good experience for me because I stay at the room 402. The door is extremely difficult to lock. I spent around 7-8 min to lock the door every time I get out. When I just arrived the hotel at 7 pm and went to the dinner at 8 pm but I can’t lock the door that time I was so hungry so I called the reception to come and help me on locking the door. I called them 2 times! When I crossed to the reception, I heard the staff (woman reception) talk bad to me like just call to door the door why call her 2 times? Her voice sounded so bad. She was not friendly since my first come. It was not professional that the staff talk loudly about the guest just because the guest arrived the hotel lately and hungry and just called her for 2 times to help. Why she sounded like that to the guest? ជាចុងក្រោយ ពេលខ្ញុំទៅដល់អូតែល check in យប់ដំបូង ហើយខ្ញុំបានសួរគាត់ថា ខ្ញុំសម្រាក ២ យប់ អញ្ចឹង តើថ្ងៃទី ២ អាចឲ្យគេចូលសម្អាតបន្ទប់បានទេ? បុគ្គលិកស្រីនៅ receiption ឆ្លើយថាខ្ញុំមិនយល់សំណួរ? ខ្ញុំព្យាយាមសួរគាត់ ល្មមគាត់យល់ហើយគាត់ឆ្លើយថា បើខាងអនាម័យទំនេរ គាត់នឹងជួយសំអាតហើយ។ ខ្ញុំលឺហើយ មិនហ៊ានសួរអ្វីទៀត

Our second time in this hotel, the sweetest staff in the world :)
Great breakfast, they can even pack it up if you want to see the sunrise at the temple.
Clean room and comfortable bed, wifi, swimming pool, everything you need.
They also provide bicycles, motorbikes for rent.

Really lovely hotel. Very big and clean rooms with comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can also get breakfast boxes to take with you if you are leaving early.

The staff were all v helpful & so courteous. Always offering assistance & suggestions. So nice having the pool to cool off at the end of the day. Our departure flight was later in the evening, we were offered a later check out and a room to shower before heading to the airport.
Unfortunately out of the hotels control, there were “chanting “ blasted from early morning & all day long across the street due to some celebration. When that celebration was done another started towards the back of the hotel. So our whole stay we had the loud chanting. You do get use to it & we were main out on tours during the day. But still v jarring to wake up to every morning. The cleaning staff could be doing a better job, we had to request toilet paper daily.

I’ve been to Siem Reap a couple of times, and I absolutely love this hotel. The service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained. I book this place every time I visit Siem Reap.
The location is great too—not far from the Old Market and Pub Street. You can easily get there using PassApp for about $1 (4,000 riel).
The pool bar is a great bonus. It’s the perfect spot to relax with a good drink by the pool.
I can’t say it enough—this is truly one of the best places to stay in Siem Reap when it comes to value and service!

Wonderful
We liked everything about our stay in Bayon Modern Residence. Our family of 4 had a huge room with 3 spacious beds, and we slept so well. We practically had the pool for ourselves every afternoon after exploring around the area. Perfect to cool off!
We also loved all the food we tried (room service, or by the pool). Breakfast was always fresh (we loved having fresh fruit every morning). The hotel has various options for tours available in the area, and they were great. We also used their laundry service. Everyone was so kind and wonderful.
