Room had pool view. Staff were very accomodating and helpful. Food at the hotel's restaurant was very cheap and really delicious. The ambiance has been relaxing and the decors are nice. Location of the hotel is 10-15 minutes to Angkor Wat by tuktuk and around 1hr to the newly opened Siem Reap International Airport. The staff helped us with our Angkor Wat tour, provided us with a tuktuk rental and a guide around the.temples for a decent price. Currency used is in USD mostly. Breakfast was okay with some variety.
Expect some mosquitoes biting you if you're on the lower rooms, but the staff would provide you with bug spray in your room.

We loved this special place in Siem reap.
A little on the outskirts, it felt like an oasis of calm with a gorgeous Cambodian style 1 story house wrapped around a courtyard with gorgeous pool and tropical trees.
The breakfast served here was the best weve had in our whole travels in Asia! Even better than 5 star hotels! The fresh croissant and pain au chocolate, fresh fruit, eggs cooked on demand and extra pancakes if desired. Plus coffee was excellent which is rare in Asia.
The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, helping us arrange a few last minutes details such as transfer to airport and tours / driver to Angkor wat.
They also provided a takeaway breakfast for the Sunrise visit which was really appreciated.
Also their cocktails were quite good - compared to many other bars that are average.
A slight smell of damp on the lower ground floor rooms (quite normal considering half their year is rainy season, but it did bother us a little. We had to keep the window open to air out when we could. Perhaps top floor bedrooms dont have that same problem).

Lovely personal, clean hotel rooms with everything you need and good food. Quiet place close to Angkor. Perfect hotel for a 2 or 3 day trip to Angkor. The hotel is at the end of the city. If you want to eat outside or like to visit the city you need a tuktuk or have to use a bicycle ( available for free in the hotel)

The staff and food and hotel in general were outstanding. Prices were great. Customer service was great.
My room on the first floor smelled musty. They could improve it by removing the wood floors which seem to have had water damage and replace them with tile or sealed onncrete. That would be helpful during the rainy/flood season.

Close to Angkor Wat. They support you in booking things but having a look online can safe you some dollars. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and made every day in a good way. Shout out to the cleaning ladies. It was quiet so you can have a good rest there.
There was no detailed descriptions of the tours and also after asking they could not provide a lot. The hotel is a little bit out of town therefore a tuktuk needs to be taken when coming back from town. Make sure to have enough small money. The hotel is not able to support in exchanging money to small bills. Bar in the hotel closes at 10:30 pm. Not all of the stuff is good in speaking English. It sounds like a lot but in general we liked our stay

I gave a perfect score for every aspect. This hotel is positioned as a three-star establishment, but I sincerely believe it surpasses the conventional three-star standards by far. Firstly, the hotel's decor is very unique, especially for foreigners, as it exudes the Cambodian atmosphere. The location of the hotel isn't in the center of Siem Reap city, but it's closer to Angkor Wat, which makes it very convenient for morning departures and afternoon returns without having to traverse bustling streets. There are also inexpensive dining options in the vicinity. The hotel's in-house restaurant left us astonished with its culinary skills. We also tried Chanrey Tree, and we unanimously felt that the hotel's restaurant was even better and reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. The front desk service is top-notch. They even prepared takeout breakfast for us when we went to see the sunrise. When we arrived in Siem Reap, we initially rented a car to explore remote areas for three days before returning to Siem Reap. We didn't use the hotel's free airport transfer service (unclear if it's still free after the new airport was opened, which is quite far from the old one). The hotel generously agreed to provide us with a free drop-off to the airport. At every turn, you can feel the hotel's dedication to service. I must emphasize again that this hotel truly exceeds the standards of a typical three-star hotel. We had a wonderful time in Siem Reap, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Staff was outstanding. We were able to set up all tours and transportation through the front desk. Nice pool, restaurant, and bar ambiance. Very good breakfast and reasonable prices at the bar. They even packed us very robust breakfasts for the easy morning tours. Staff very attentive (front desk, maids, waiters, and waitresses were all outstanding). If you need a tuk tuk ride, ask for Samorn. He is a great driver and speaks decent English. Location is north of the city, closer to the temple complexes than downtown. It is away from the bars and pubs, and very quiet and peaceful. We preferred this setting because we were waking up very early to see sunrises. Also, the shower is very cool, loved it.
Rooms are very nice, but a little dated. No complaints though.

Amazing place, amazing food, amazing breakfast... and most of all amazing people. I forgot my earrings in the hotel and they sent it (no costs charged) from Cambodia back to me in Macau. The meals are really nice and well prepared, beautiful cocktails too. Just loved everything about this place.

Everything! Staff very friendly and always available to make things very very easy. Beautiful common area and swimming pool, food in the restaurant super tasty. Room are big with stylish vintage fornitures. Also, the location to go to Angkor is very convenient. We couldn't ask for more and if we had the possibility we would have stayed more days.

Real treat to get the complimentary Tuk Tuk "taxi" ride from the airport to this boutique hotel. Great informative staff ready with cold towels, lemonade, home made bread, and plenty of information on what to do and where to go upon arrival. Great location just outside the main city (Pub Street) and near to Angkor Wat although needed an inexpensive tuk tuk ride to both places (about $2-$3 USD to each place). The hotel is very unique with a bar, eating area, swimming pool, and great quiet room with wood floors. Included free breakfast buffet too! Excellent value! My wife loved it!
Could quite turn off all the lights at night in the room without turning off the fan and the AC. I'm sure there is a way to do it, but couldn't figure it out.
