Best hotel we stayed in Cambodia during our 20-day trip! We loved the spacious comfortable room and how it was made with care in every single detail! We did not have the time to swim in the pool but it was a great place to sit for a drink later in the evening. Above all we loved the people there! Phearom at the reception and Sokly at the restaurant were fantastic! They made our stay memorable and we feel like we have friends back in Siem Reap! We hope we see you again! The massage arranged by the hotel was excellent especially with Mom!

Very friendly staff. We could borrow bicycles for free, which was a big advantage. The pool was clean and big enough and there were enough sun beds around the pool. Happy hour in the bar in the evening and very tasty food.

Just about everything! We are traveling the world for 8 months, staying exclusively in hotels. This is easily our favorite 4 months into the journey. We extended our stay twice. All staff (especially front desk) is great! Food was excellent and reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay!!

We checked into the hotel late night due to flight delays and did not have any Riel to pay our taxi but the night person, 'August' was kind enough to help us out. We had a smooth check in and breakfast was good with fresh pastries and juices. The hotel was not right in the center, but close enough to get a Grab and be anywhere in 5 mins. Grabs are plentiful so you wont have trouble. The hotel was also nice enough to give us a late check out as we were doing a morning tour and didnt return till 1:30pm. The restaurant at the hotel also had great food. We did not have time to get into the pool but it looked great!

Rooms were beautiful and spacious and clean. Staff was wonderful and very attentive.
A short tuk tuk ride for $2-3 to ge to the town center. It was quiet where we were which was nice.

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful place. The pool was lovely, everything was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and fast. The balcony was a wonderful spot to relax, the wine list had great options, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely come back!
There was a slight smell of damp in the room, but I guess it was due to the rainy season.

This hotel beyond exceeded our expectations for its setting, but mostly for its EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service with such genuine warmth - it was incomparable to any other location we have experienced while traveling around Cambodia and the world. We extended our stay multiple times and came back because we love it so much!

I can only say great things about this property! The staff is extremely welcoming, the buildings and rooms were very nice, the pool is gorgeous and breakfast is 10/10! We loved being a bit far away from town -plus it was super fast and cheap to go that way with a tuk tuk anyways. I’m planning on staying here again in the future.

Absolutely amazing hotel and great value for money in Siem Reap. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and the bed mattresses are incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool and the garden are divine - so beautiful and flower scents are permeating the air from the frangipani and mango trees. The architecture of the hotel is very beautiful and the staff are amazingly kind. Would definitely revisit!
The hotel is a bit away from the city center, but only 5-10 mins away by tuk-tuk, which is very convenient still. The breakfast is good with fruit, bread and pastries, but not many savory options or fresh veggies.

My 7th visit to Pavillon - a truly boutique hotel experience. Lovely simple but large rooms, a great pool, location is great for Temple visits as it's on the way to Angkor from town, whilst being 10mins Tuk Tuk away from all the restaurants and stores in town, pub street etc.
Great value, lovely staff, ideal pool, highly recommended.

the pool was lovely! the breakfast and staff were good
the double room was great - fabulous shower!
we had 2 rooms - 1 double and 1 twin - the rooms were 2 doors apart 204 and 206 i think
the double room was fine BUT the twin room stank of sewage as soon as we arrived - we asked for it to be changed, but apparently the hotel was full
i suspect they knew this room has a smell and it was therefore the last one to be allocated - very disappointing
i asked them to resolve the smell - they sprayed some air freshener and left - and tellingly, never asked us how we were after that
i wouldnt risk staying at the hotel again in case i got another room that smells
also, they have rates on the reception desk for tuk tuk drivers
however then the drivers charge more as there is 'traffic' and the hotel translates this to you but doesnt stop them overcharging!
