We really liked our stay. The a/c worked great and the shower was hot. Nika and crew do a great job, and the location is extremely walkable to the center.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The customer service was impeccable and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect: within walking distance of the center, but far enough a way to be a little more quiet. Breakfast was good and Nika even made sure we had a takeaway bag for our sunrise tour.

Nice location—an easy $1 Grab ride to just about anywhere. We enjoyed the pool and our two rooms were spotless. Everyone who worked there was helpful and kind and the breakfast was delicious.

Oasis in a city. The welcome amazing. The room lovely with great linens and space. Breakfast amazing and the pool lovely to have morning coffee or swim
After a hot day. Breakfast to go provided amazing on day trip early morning departure to Angkor Wat. Unbelievable service. Even provided hot drinks at 4am and remembered our preferences.

Nika is an incredible host. She packed me a breakfast when she found out I was going to see Angkor Wat the following day at 4am. She also helped me with laundry, and was always available to answer any of my questions. I would recommend anyone staying in Siem Reap to stay at her place! Also, the hotel is in a fantastic, walkable location.

Nika is very welcoming and friendly. It was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The room was very spacious, breakfast was delicious and the house is at walking distance from the city center. We highly recommend it.

The most friendly host that we have had on our trip, very helpful in planning our stay and helping with loundry and rental bikes. Room meets all requirements and the breakfast was really nice. Swimming pool was a refreshing bonus in the warm cambodian weather.

Close enough to the center to be walkable (10min) but far enough to be calm and quiet.
The owner was adorable, care taking and really kind.
The pool is clean and not crowded at all.
Air con and fan working well.
There is a parking in front of the place, security cameras.

Nika and her staff are lovely and welcoming, they made us feel at home. The location is perfect, close enough to the action but far enough away for quiet. Pool area is nice. Room was comfortable. We hired a bike from Nika also and she was on hand to give any help or advice if needed.

We had a great time. Nika is fantastic, welcoming, kind, and helpful. She assisted us in organizing our tours, patiently answering all our questions and needs. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to use the pool. The location is perfect—it's not in the center, but easily accessible. The area is quiet. The breakfast is excellent, and Nika's banana pancakes are amazing!
The only problem we had was with the room. It was on the ground floor, with no windows. There were so many mosquitoes, even though there were no windows. Since there was no mosquito net on the bed, we couldn’t sleep. We asked Nika for another room, but unfortunately, she didn’t have any availability, and we had to change hotels. It's a shame because we would have happily spent our entire vacation with her. Still, Nika was very kind and understanding in this situation. We hope to return to her place, but in a different room next time :)

She arranged a tuk tuk for sunrise at Angkor, and even provided take-away breakfast, she has always been very helpful and friendly.

Everything was great. Nika was super helpful with everything, we had breakfast included and on the day we went to see the sunrise in Angkor Vat she prepared our breakfast in a bag at 5am so that we could take it. Would recommend to everyone!

I really enjoyed being a guest at Nika´s House. You get free water, help and information whenever needed from Nika, the pool is nice after a long and hard day, I took the bus from Bangkok and the bus stop is near.
Not a lot. I have a leight sleep and the rooms to the street can sometimes be noisy. But earplugs are helping.
