We stayed at the hotel four nights and everything was perfect, the staff was very welcoming and was always available, the pool is perfect to relax after exploring the city and Angkor Wat and the breakfast is really good!

Room was quiet and large. Excellent location away from the chaos of Pub Street but close to the center. Nice pool for cooling off after excursions. Great attached restaurant (Pou). Super helpful staff with arranging tours, logistics, etc. Thanks to Gauthier and crew!

The pool room was great and the staff were exceptional. The location is central so you can walk everywhere.
They lock the gate each night so you have to unlock it to get in. The lock is easy to open but there is a lever that needs to be opened from the inside. Not easy as the hole in the gate is not that big and the lever is a bit stiff. Luckily, I have skinny forearms.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Maison 557. Everything came almost like surprises for us. The location is perfect, right in the centre but not noisy. The room, pool and whole enrionvment was beautiful and enjoyable. Everyday we look forward to come back and relax there after an exausting day. The restaurant outside of the hotel is surprising. It caters people with different preferences. Every staff were very welcoming and made everything felt like home. We very much miss this place :)

This place was beautiful. A garden in the middle of the city. The staff was the best thing, the pool was clean and warm, and breakfast and welcome drinks were excellent. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to everyone.

Nice rooms
Unfortunately, the hotel creates unnecessary expectations because they charge such a high price. For 25-30% less i would not complain about: Very slow and unorganized breakfast, quite small as well; No mosquito net in one room; no bathroom door in other room, restaurant directly in front of suite, so a lot of noise (especially hard if you want to wake up for sunrise the next morning).
All in all, we would come back, just not for this price

On top of the usual things you expect (e.g. room, pool, etc) we were really happy with the staff of the hotel. They were very helpful in organizing trips/activities for us and giving advice on whatever we asked for. They also arranged a tour guide and a driver for us during our stay. I'd also like to highlight their services as Mr Sari (our tour guide) and Phally (our driver) made our stay very special, thank you so much for everything!

Location is spot on downtown. Staff is lovely and so was our room (garden suite) incl. an amazing bathroom. They arranged outdoor chairs etc. upon our request. Breakfast is inadequate and not good value for money. Get a room without breakfast and eat at the yummy French bakery on the corner very close by.
