Superb environment and amenities plus lots of activities available. Staff are all friendly and speaks good English.
The power outlet at my bunker is broken, toilets and shower rooms are sometimes not very clean. They simply use towels to absorb water, in the evening they get dirty pretty quickly.

There are activities every night in the hostel. The refillable water stations are really convenient. The room was lovely, really clean, nice dcor and spacious.
We had an adjoining door in our room and quite noisy neighbours on 2 nights of our stay which disturbed our sleep quite significantly.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Its the roomiest dorm Ive ever seen, and its so nice to have stairs instead of a ladder. You also get a locker by your bed and a bigger one by the door, as well as your own place to hang your clothes. There are several water dispensers for drinking water, and the water is cold. You get a towel and blanket and theres no deposit. The bathrooms are nice and clean, and theres a washer and dryer thats pretty easy to use. You can also pick up fresh towels to use while lounging by the pool.
Theres no service charge for using a credit card, which, coming from Vietnam, was really nice. You can order pretty much anything from the bar and the food is pretty good. Theres also a supermarket right across the street.
Nothing

The hostel is awesome. I thought it would be a party hostel and was afraid of the nose, but if you choose private room they are far enough from the bar area to have a quiet night. You get a welcome drink, so it is good to make friends at the bar. The swimming pool is also a big plus for hot days - perfect way to end your day after exploring Angkor Watt. There are quite a few restaurants nearby - also with vegetarian options. Also some rental scooters nearby. I also liked a lot that after check-out you are able to take a shower in the common areas. Just let the staff know and they will explain you where the shower area is.
There are tuk tuks at the door, which is super helpful, but they won't agree for the price that Grab shows, actually, they 2-3 the price. It is better to use Grab, but sometimes difficult to get it fast.

PARTY HOSTEL! I want that to be the first thing you see, when you read the review. Its a PARTY HOSTEL! Its loud, with music blasting much of the time and with activities geared towards the college market. There are pub crawls, pool parties, drinking games . . . party hostel! I might be a little more sensitive, this time round, because when I made the reservation no mention of the party atmosphere in the reviews I saw I asked if it was possible to get a room that was little farther away from noise, like elevators or stairs or ice machines. (I know its not always possible but it never hurts to ask.) So, when we arrived, and the music was already thumping by the pool, I was not-so-pleasantly surprised when they brought us to the room THAT WAS RIGHT ABOVE THE POOL/BAR. I dont know if they have regular rooms on the other side of the building, those might all be shared hostel rooms and we had two private rooms, but these were the two rooms that were the absolute noisiest. Ear plugs helped with most of the noise bass thumping is bass thumping, regardless of where you are and, to be fair, the music did seem to get turned down around 10:30 and it was very quiet after that and, probably, on nights when they werent running special events. (Remember, most of the people here are visiting Siam Reap and are heading out for sunrise . . . getting some sleep isnt a bad idea.) One thing I noticed in particular; there were very few people hanging around the pool and bar those nights and those who were seemed to be having conversations. So, having the music blasting wasnt really serving anyone.
Its important to note, however, that the rooms were spotless and well appointed, though they never could get the TV only YouTube Channel supposedly available to work. The bathrooms were nice and the shower had plenty of hot water! The beds and pillows were comfortable; the included breakfast was tasty; the whole place was clean and conveniently located . . .

The hostel was well situated in Siem Reap. Not too far to walk to places of interest. The staff were very helpful.
The hostel was fine but probably not suitable for us.

The dorms are big so you have a lot of space
Clean dorms and bathroom
You can book tours and transportation with them directly, although my minivan to Battambang had no AC so it felt like sitting in a sauna for 3 hours
Its a party hostel so almost every night people were coming back to the room yelling and waking up everyone at 2am - but again its not the hostels fault that people cant behave

Nice food, nice rooms, friendly staff, a pool and close to one of the best places I visited during my travels. What more do you want? Maybe a sim card, they have those as well.
